Made an excuse saying that their pressure washer was broke I said, bro this is your business. You’re gonna sit here and tell me you didn’t go out to Home Depot or Lowe’s that morning and bought a new pressure washer which would easily pay for itself in one day. Not professional at all.

Had a membership. One bay is better than the other. That should make it easier to cancel your membership when no longer needed.

We purchased the monthly subscription ($72), we were happy about the deal that comes with it. We told the lady we had some things in the trunk area of my SUV and she advised they would take them out for us. Went through the car wash and it bent my license plate and damaged my side mirror light. The lady was apologetic about the damages. We were told the car was almost done, looked in the back and they didn’t remove any of the things they said they were going to and did not clean back there at all. Was told by the man detailing car they don’t do that due to possibility of damaging our personal items while removing them. Very understandable, but we should not have been told they would. We had no problem taking them out ourself if we would have known ahead of time. After detail was complete, there was still dirt etc in my car. Was not happy with the overall detail of car. Customer service was good. & We did get complimentary air fresheners.
Side note: was told it was a DETAIL we were getting, not an express car wash. This was our first time here.

First time to this car wash today and I would recommend. It took about an hour which was longer than expected, but enjoyed a coffee while we waited. My son was excited about his car seat cupholders being so clean. Everyone was kind and helpful.

I received a code for a free car wash. After waiting out two weeks of rain, I finally went in. Friendly, fast, informative service. What a shine! I especially appreciated the free vacuuming station after. Highly recommend!

Business advertises a hand wash for $8 online. Get there and minimum was $15 and no hand wash, had to go thru a machine.

Yall are falling really shott on doing the interior. Not sure if it's cause close to quitting time or what just have been really disappointed last 3 times I've got it done. Not sure if the membership is worth it... I'm curious if yall even read these reviews. Have yet to see a response
