Great staff but I’m very disappointed with the large deposit process. Last two visits I’ve waited 30+ minutes for the teller to find an approver for the deposit. This is ridiculous and definitely not customer oriented. Today the teller tried for 30minutes to find an approver and all three did not return his call. If this happens again I’m switching banks. Update: switching banks.
