“This place in Coppell is the killer spot for cigars, sheesha, vapes and all smoking needs. They have a lot of flavors of Geekbar pulse and other brands. I asked for the new Lost Mary and the employee told me that the manager will have them by this week :). The prices are amazing and they have deals on the vapes and cigars. “They are always in stock with what I need and that means a lot because I’m picky. Also they send your products to you. I moved an hour away and rather than drive I just order online now. Their response to requests for a refund of a broken vape that I got was non existent though. It was upsetting as it costs $50. I don’t like wasting money. I earn it and should get a working product.”

“This is the best vape shop I've ever been to in about ten years of smoking. I came here for years, moved away, came back and this shop is still here giving amazing service. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, making it a very welcoming environment - something lots of shops like these don't have.
Any time I've ever needed a solution to an issue, be it needing a certain charger or wanting a certain brand or flavor, the staff has always went the extra mile to help me. I've been to many vape stores in several different states over the years and I can definitely say this shop has always consistently been my favorite.
They always have a vast selection available and are very rarely out of what I want. I frequently travel from several towns over just to come here so I don't waste time searching for a shop that has what I want. When they are out, I'm almost always given an eta on when they'll be back or recommendations to similar products. The prices here are also very fair compared to many other shops in the area. Any time I have questions, ive always been treated fairly, honestly, and with enthusiasm. On the very rare occasion I've had an issue with something I bought, I've always been taken care of here and I've never felt cheated or like I'm being run for my money.
Can't recommend this place enough if you need a quality vape store without all the hassle that frequently comes with these kinds of places. This place is really top notch.”
