“Went here for an oil change and state inspection. Jesse helped out and was very informative and patient. I was very impressed by the service and customer service. I did not feel rushed or feel like he was trying to add more services to make more money. I was given a full report of parts on my vehicle that had photos to show me the current condition and when they may need changed. I was given a quote on how much it’d be and I feel it’s a good heads up on things to watch out for. I was really impressed, and as a female it’s hard to know when you're being pressured into getting a service or if it’s actually needed. I felt everything was straight forward and honest, no games were played. Thank you for the great service, I will be back.”
“I don't even know how to properly express how amazing this team is!
I was without air conditioning for 5 weeks and slowly dying any time I had to drive my car. There was another mechanic that I was trying to work with, but their prices were fluctuating all over the place and I couldn't get a straight answer from them. On a whim of desperation one afternoon I scheduled with Driver's Edge and they got me in the next day, they were straight forward with their answers and their prices, and they fixed my car in a day and a half!
They basically saved me from being slowly killed by the heat and I highly recommend them!”

They were ready to work immediately right when I pulled up. You don't even have to get out of your car while service is being done to your vehicle. The tires are inexpensive, and last but not least, the wait time is less than 5 minutes. So if you are a driver or you drive a lot , I highly recommend this place to you ?”

“Prior to the new ownership I have used the Wainwright Way location for years for my auto needs. When I called for an appointment I was informed that while the company has changed hands this location has the same technicians. The front staff was to the point took care of my car needs and sent me on my way. That was appreciated. I don't have an issue with the current front staff however I am not pleased that the previous front staff was not longer employed there. They are what kept me driving the distance I did for that great customer service. Not ruling out this location but it sure isn't the same. Building that trust takes time. I also discovered that this current company does not offer loaner cars. That is disappointing.”

“I made an appointment, can't really say if this was helpful as it seemed first come, first served. But the guys were helpful, polite, and quickly assessed my tire. Once it was pulled into Bay, it was very fast repair time. Pulled my car out to the front door after repaired and was super friendly. They are a busy store, but seemed like it was running at a good pace, and customers were being helped as soon as possible.”

“Came down to Lake Dallas buy a camper and discovered it needed all new tires. Called Porter’s and they had a huge stock of exactly what we needed. Came in and they put on 6 new tires and a spare within about an hour and greased the axel bearings as well. Great service and we were happy to find them on short notice before our 4 hour drive home!”

“I recently was recommended to drop off my problematic 2018 Expedition, by a service advisor at the Richland Hills location, due to 3 months backlog. I was pleasantly surprised that the Lewisville location was able to diagnose and repair my overheating issue within a week. They even delivered my vehicle back to me in North Fort Worth, saving me a couple hours of driving. Unfortunately, they brought it back to me with a check engine light. I diagnosed it myself and determined that in the rush to get it out the door, they forgot to hook up a PCV hose which threw a code in the attached picture. I texted this information to my service advisor and never received a response.
Update: Sean, the manager over the service department at this facility called to understand the situation and to make it right. Sean is reimbursing previous expenses for a misdiagnosed overheating issue and assured me that the quality control would be drastically improved at his service center, as well as the level of communication between customer and service managers. I believe Sean will do the right thing and in good faith, I am raising this review from 2 stars to 4.”
“My wife "stumbled" across Mike's Tires when we were looking for tires for our Ford Explorer. I went there to get quote and was shocked at their low prices (about $500 less than the other stores we had gone to). I paid for (4) tires and they were there the next day, ready for installation.
When I returned for the installation, they got me right in & were done in about 30 minutes.
