Scout Plumbing always does an exceptional job! Didn’t plan on having them come out today, but ran into a snag replacing my guest bath countertop. Suzanne responded to my message immediately. Then, she called, and Brandon was here within less than an hour. Brandon was great, and had my faucet and drain pipe installed in no time! THANK YOU, Scout Plumbing, Suzanne, and Brandon!!

Scout Plumbing was wonderful when the pipes beneath my house needed work. It was a big job and a long one, and they were very understanding and worked with me when I had delays moving money around. They also did their best to keep me in as much of a working state in the house as they could while the job stretched onward. Will definitely recommend and go to them in the future, though hopefully I won't have another job this big anytime soon!

This was our 2nd successful repair with Scout Plumbing. Brandon arrived as promised and made 3 plumbing repairs (replaced a gas meter main into the house, tub drain trim and replaced a fireplace ignitor tube). He coordinated with me remotely via phone/text, took great care and even found us a longer ignitor tube when asked so our flames went over all the logs. Superb!

They showed up within 30 minutes of me calling for a completely clogged kitchen sink. Immediately started working on it, unclogged it and were out the door. Didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. Great job

Jonathan checked on our units because we suspected a leakage but he did not find any. He made sure both units were functioning properly and fixed our disconnected TACO leakage alert system. Respectful and efficient. Thank you!

Called Scout Plumbing for a possible water leak, turns out I had a much bigger problem than anticipated. Rey and his office staff were amazing and explained in through detail what was going on and how he planned on fixing it. Unfortunately after the repair, two more minor leaks were found thanks to Rey. Thanks to his knowledge and expertise everything was repaired in one go around and saved me from having to experience more problems down the road.

We had Scout Plumbing out to our house because of a busted hot water heater tank in our attic. They went over our options for replacement and we settled on a tankless unit. They were here quickly to perform the replacement job and got us hot water back in our house with no issue. Eric did a phenomenal job of communicating with us throughout the entire process and he did the installation himself and we are so grateful that he helped us out in our time of need. I had an immediate need for a plumbing issue and Scout Plumbing had someone out to my house within 2 hours. The representative did an outstanding job of diagnosing why my hot water heater pilot lights were repeatedly going out. His solution was to find an attic ventilation company to resolve my problem, not to ask me to spend thousands of dollars on their products. That is professional and reputable. I highly recommend Scout Plumbing.
