If you want top-notch customer service in Lake Dallas, Quick Ship Mail and Business Center is the place to be! I've been a customer for a while now, and every time I go in I feel like I'm the most important person in the room. It doesn't matter if it's shipping a complex package internationally or needing a few documents printed in a hurry, the staff is always patient, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. They genuinely seem to care about getting things done right for their customers. It's that kind of personal touch that keeps me coming back!

Wow, what a fun experience! Jennifer is so personable and great. They can do so much as well. I forgot to order toner, and of course, that was the moment I needed so much printed. Cost is $1 to print a shipping label & they charge for small plastic shipping bags. Most places don't charge (except USPS) you at all. $1 to print one piece of paper is a rip off. So if you're mailing something like a returned purchase it'll cost you to ship it back. I'd only use this place if you're dropping off and don't need assistance.

They have been helping our Watertoyz boat rental business for years with laminating, copying, shipping, etc., and just yesterday still impressed me with the interest in customer service and full support. We are very lucky to have them in the Lake Cities!

They are awesome. Her son & her makes you feel welcome & completely comfortable. Even though, I was kinda picky of how I wanted the scans to be done. Her son did it completely perfect no complaining or anything. He made sure he understood completely of how I was wanting it done. Thank you again. Owners of other mailbox/shipping centers need to be more like you.

Stopped here because Post Office was closed! Boy, was I glad! They treat you like family! Best customer service with extreme patience and welcoming attitude. Not sure if I will be ever going back to postal office anymore! ??
