I personally have never seen "pitbulls and junkies" at this site and am in and out of the storage area daily, sometimes multiple times per day. The new owners have refurbished and cleaned up the property and are very responsive to any help you may need. It is very convenient access as well.

Since the new owner took over, the facility has been complete refurbish (rebuilt). An electronic gate with a keypad for your personal keypad key was installed as well as security cameras. The facility could be said to be like brand new! Access is 24 x 7. The owner is very easy to work with and will address any issue that may arise promptly and until you are satisfied with the outcome. There are several different sized units to choose from . A website is provide for online payments and you can even set up auto-pay if you wish. Convenient location and great management.

I have had storage here for a long time - first when held by the previous owner and then since LD Storage bought the facilities. What a positive change. The units and grounds were given a complete refresh and I appreciate the cleaner, safer property. There is great space to access units for ease of loading and retrieving, security cameras for safety, property access that is unique for every renter and the convenience of paying online. Very pleased overall. Thank you!

This facility is unsecure! Vagrants and drug users rent units to live in. On 4 different occasions I tried to get things from my unit and couldn't get to it because one of the vagrants keeps a large pit bull on a chain outside of the unit across from mine. I contacted the owner and received word that he couldn't do anything about this because the police aren't allowed to remove people who have paid rent. (You can't make this stuff up) When I let the owner know how unsafe I feel with homeless people smoking crack in the empty units he promptly let me know that I could move out anytime I'd like!!!Bad Owner, Poorly trained staff and very unsafe facility!!

The (new) ownership has been a blessing to work with. They have been responsive to my needs and worked with me throughout the remodeling project. They have made many positive changes to the property since buying it and I would recommend this place and this ownership group wholeheartedly.

Its clean and secure. I'm usually the only one there. I'm only giving 4 stars rather than 5 because there isn't a light inside my unit.

My husband and I needed a storage fast ,and hannah is the sweetest my bank account was compromised our first month being here and hannah was patient with us I'll refer as many people as I can because I love this place and employees.it always clean and calm.thank y'all so much

I have been using this facility for several years including when the transition of a new owner. The new owner completely refurbished the entire facility; everything is brand new! An automatic gate was also installed as well as security cameras making it much more secure than when there was just a padlock on the front gate. The rent is competitive and the service is excellent. Announcements are sent out periodically warning all tenants when something like Utility construction would be disruptive within the facility. The new owner also set up a website for payment and also provided the ability to set up auto-pay if you like. All in all, after the new owners took over, my experience with Lake Dallas Storage has been great! The new owner also will promptly work with you to address any issues that may arise until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.
