Not good neighbors! They can be more welcoming to bicyclists and hikers passing through. Although this is "private property", remember you depend on your local community.

We have had our boat docked here for over a year. We have never had an issue. When the office or gas station is closed, usually we can call someone who works in the office and if they are near by they will come and help us.
