The nicest laundromat I’ve been to. So logical, the washing machine is on the bottom row with the dryers immediately above it. No dragging your wet clothes across the laundromat. The facility is spotless. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this business.

This was my second visit to the laundromat and the owner is very friendly to everyone who walks in. Cleanliness is top notch - I tried the dry cleaning machine today and I will be back soon with all my dry cleaning, it did a wonderful job!

Very nice laundry mat. I would say the nicest one I have been in. Very clean and there is someone there to help if needed. This is a place where you can leave and not have to worry about your items getting stolen.

Tennant was attentive and helpful. When several people left, she dusted the area. This is the cleanest, nicest laundromat I have been in. Jess, you did awesome!

As a small business owner myself that relies on my customer service to be exceptional and a positive attitude no matter what my expectations of small business are probably higher than most. I’ve been to a few different laundromats in the area and beyond and NO laundromat compares to Jess’s. Besides the fact that the staff is incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating it is THE CLEANEST laundromat you’ll find. They have the newest machines available and everything is constantly being wiped down, sanitized or swept. You will not find a cleaner or better laundromat in the DFW area. We come to Jess’s to save time and to avoid doing laundry at home every single day all day.

I had lost clothes and Xmas table runners my mother maid from fire and never got reimbursed for my clothes.They were suppose to be done on Saturday and were not done . Saturday night or Sunday morning they were burnt by fire. Told them many times and never contact us. So sad I will never get them table runners back that meant alot to me.

Highly recommend this Laundry Mat. It was very clean, there was always someone there ready to help and answer any questions. The machines were very well kept, and did an amazing job cleaning. The app made it so much easier to pay and keep track of everything.

The cleanest, cutest, funest laundry mat everrrr! The couple that own/run the place are extremely helpful and kind. Prices are reasonable and equipment is plentiful and modern.Oh and btw - you must buy the Dirty cocktail laundry soap. You won’t be disappointed! Smells like heaven.
