“Staff is kind and caring. Karyn, a breakfast attendant, asked my reason for visit. Unfortunately my reason was to clean out a deceased relatives house. She was compassionate, and the next morning met me with all sorts of information she had found for me on my behalf. She even remembered my name. The man at the front desk was equally kind and ensured I had everything I needed and was treated well. I will definitely stay here if I need to come down again.Nearby activities: There is a 7/11 right next by that has a lot of hotel room friendly offerings.”

“The "standard" room here is more like a suite because it's so large. Plus, the lighting is very generous. And there are ceiling fans! Out of all the non-resort Marriott brands I've been, I don't recall any ceiling fan, never two.The bathroom nightlight is good enough to maneuver in the dark and low enough to not wake you fully.The shower has jets! They're missing the decorative nozzles, I think, but water shoots out none-the-less. And the water pressure is more than strong enough for both the showerhead and jets.The only missing features are door closers. We have to close the doors manually otherwise they'd shut loudly. Also, soft-closing toilet seats.The hot breakfast has plain scrambled eggs AND scrambled eggs with veggies, no tortillas though. Two types of meats, Two flavors of coffee. The options here are a tad more than your typical free hotel breakfast.Is this just the Premier brand? I don't see all this in the Plus brand. There needs to be more Premier locations. Would definitely choose a Premier over an equally branded Marriott if they co-exist proximally.”

“Stayed at the Delta hotel on a girls trip for a friend's birthday. It was very nice. The staff was very nice and attentive. The lobby and bar were nice and cozy. The room was very nicely laid out and the shuttle service was great and efficient. I wish I would have taken pictures. I totally forgot. It is a very nice place to stay. We didn't spend lot of time in the hotel, but did spend some time in the bar for some drinks while waiting to go out to dinner. There is a restaurant in the hotel that I have heard is VERY good, but we already had reservations elsewhere. We will definitely be going back to try the restaurant. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It is very easy to find and close to the highway, but not in walking distance of anything in Southlake Town Center or restaurants nearby. There is a shuttle that will take you there and back during the day and early evening, but you will have to Uber/ride share later in the evening to return to the hotel.”

“This place was ideal for the chain and type. We were driving through the metroplex and stopped for the night. My larger family with young kids stayed here perfectly. There were lots of young kids playing and making lots of noise kinda late. I didn't bother saying anything because it was Saturday, and they were just being young boys. They didn't do anything I didn't do at that age. The breakfast was on par with the brand, and the local area seemed safe with easy access to most anything. Even like the town quite a bit. I might just move here and start a new life ? ? ?”

“This is by far the BEST Hilton Garden inn I’ve ever stayed in. Amy at the front desk was amazing and very attentive to my every need, as well as having a bright smile that made bad days good. Michelle the bartender is the best drink mixologist I’ve ever came across. Any and every drink made by her was perfect. And the conversation/friendship I made with them is unmatched. “My stay has been exceptional and I would highly recommend the Lewisville, Tx location at 1900 Lake pointe Dr. It's truly felt more like a home than a hotel to me and my German Shepherd Jax. I've felt safe and secure, and have been greatly accommodated throughout our stay here.Valery Lavia, the manger, is amazing, as is her entire staff. A special thanks to them all and especially to Connie, in housekeeping, who does an exceptional job in making sure everything is clean and sanitized.I personally give a two thumbs up ?? rating to this particular location, which far exceeds 10 stars.”
“I recently spent two nights at this Best Western, and I was impressed with how clean and bright and well-maintained this place was.My standard king room included a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker that I wasn't even expecting. And a sofa with coffee table sitting area. The room and bathroom were spotless.I had the free breakfast buffet on Saturday morning. The breakfast room also was very clean and neat, the food was fresh, and there was plenty.Very conveniently located at the intersection of Hwy 114 and Hwy 170 in Roanoke, this was a great budget-friendly experience.”

“We had a great experience. The room was clean, and the front desk manager and clerk were pleasant. They have community toiletries, so bring your own if that bothers you. We always bring our own. The breakfast was also pretty good. We will stay here again when we’re in the Dallas area.”
“Rooms: This is a rent-by-the-week place, not the normal hotel. It's fine. I say that it's kid-friendly, because that's why it isn't quiet. Plus it's right on a service road. Very convenient for driving, but not quiet.”

“Some have mentioned bathroom could be better, some mentioned maintenance. Seriously, I could have had a 4.0 in school, been an astronaut or been president. It is a great stay, especially for the price. Great staff, friendly and helpful, best sleep I've had in many years. Mattress and pillows so very comfortable. No unwelcome pests, no odors or perfume smells trying to mask odors. THIS is the place to stay.”

“This hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous. The location to Arlington and Dallas and Frisco is almost perfectly centered for all the activities we were doing. The staff went above and beyond with issues for our group if we had them. The breakfast is pretty much just standard fare for a hotel. Nothing really special but nothing terrible. Usually it's just scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. If you're a fan of crispy bacon, this is not the place for you though lol. Otherwise we will be staying here again and really appreciated them having us.”

“I only checked in for one night to prepare for an event going on in town and I must say I did enjoy my stay, even if it was for one night only. The bed was rather soft and comfortable, the view I had was great. Just about everything was good. The only thing keeping it from being a five star review is that there was no shampoo and conditioner in the hotel so I had to resort to the bar of soap to wash my hair”

“For an economy motel, I was very happy. Management was great, easy to deal with, and polite. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. I have had bad experiences with motel 6 in the past, but desperation forced me here. Strongly recommend this one, only.”

“By far the best Budget Suites in the DFW area ??(AT LEAST FOR 2 BEDROOMS). I can't speak on the 1 bedroom units because I haven't lived in one, but the 2 bedrooms are phenomenal. Plenty of shops and food within walking distance, the front desk lady, Irene, is the nicest person you'll ever meet, the 2 bedrooms are spacious! Love seeing the high ceilings as soon as I come home :)Not to mention, my kitties love the space as well! They have their own bedroom (yes, they're spoiled), and they love having their own space!”

“I think k that girl at the front desk does a great job. She makes it worth staying, You should do something special for her. She knows her stuff, gives you all the information you need and I have never seen a front desk person like her that does it all...she's a keeper! I like that thiers so much around the area plenty of places around for entertainment and eats. Most people I met seen to like it here, and the maintenance guy he's funny.”

“Very nice hotel for the money. Seemed nice and clean. Maybe just a little older feel but rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have to change rooms because the toilet wasn't working but she was very accommodating and upgraded us to a suite. One of the workout pieces wasn't working right, but not a huge deal.”
