The customer service of Dallas Designer Furniture is superb and I would give them a 100/10 if I could. Our Furniture is exactly how pictured and described. They are also very reasonable priced! Lindsay and Eric have excellent communication the whole way. Their a small mom and pop shop. They let you know when your order is about to ship along with the delivery drivers information.We had an issue with a piece of furniture very minor but they are working on it diligently to get it resolved. I appreciate their effort and they are very nice people.We would order from this furniture store again!

Best customer service I’ve ever run into! They could have rescheduled delivery because elevator was down, but THEY were determined to get me taken care of, and they did! I am so pleased with my experience and their beautiful quality furniture!!!

The bedroom set I ordered is absolutely beautiful. It looks better in person than on-line. The whole experience with Dallas Designer Furniture was amazing and very pleasant.Lindsey was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Eric and the delivery drivers were very friendly and professional. I was informed of every aspect of my purchase. From choosing my selection to the delivery date to the actual delivery I was informed.The furniture is of high quality and beautifully made.I am a very satisfied customer.

Communication, price and delivery service outside of north TX far exceeded my expactations. Ordered a mattress from their website last Sunday to be delivered to Tulsa. ETA on website for delivery outside of local area said 2-6 weeks. Lindsay sent a custom email Monday to confirm it was in stock and I would get a confirmation when picked up for shipment. She also sent me information regarding a product name and material change straight from the manufacturer. I appreciated it so much. I just got the mattress today after the best communication I ever received for a delivery. It was scheduled ahead, confirmed day of and ETA updates provided and received on time. Super friendly driver. I would not hesitate to order from this company again and hope they continue to do business with Eric, the driver. He is a top notch professional.

**BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY**This company is not a good company to buy from. I ordered a bed and when it was delivered, it did not look like the same bed in the picture that I ordered from. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but they are not providing one to me. They continue to say that they gave me to correct bed when I am looking at it in my home and it is not. I am still trying to get a refund. ***BEWARE OF THEIR RETURN POLICY*** You only have three days to return the item. Also, if you don't note any imperfections or damages the same day, according to his company, you are out of luck and have to deal with the damaged item yourself (basically, meaning you have to keep it). Eric and Lindsay are scammers who took my money and gave me a damaged product that does even look like what I ordered. Order from this company at your own risk!!!!

We just moved to Texas and ordered through them several times. Their furniture is great, they are always super responsive and so nice. Brayden came out and built out furniture every time and he is just the nicest guy. Any furniture I need I plan to just keep using them. They are worth the money. Customer service is great. They really work with you. I appreciate them so much.

The inventory online is amazing at Dallas Designer Furniture. I was searching for a bedroom set and their website had pages and pages for me to choose from. It was extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The only difficulty was making a decision as I fell in love with so many of the options available. I live in New Jersey and reached out through email with multiple questions which was promptly answered by Lindsay. She was amazing. Extremely helpful in assisting with all my questions, very patient, and willing to ship to New Jersey. Even when I had a personal issue pop up she handled it with grace and ease. I will be making my future purchases from this company as they truly seem to care and provided honest opinions which I value. Thank you for everything. I promise to return.

Very impressed. Saved ~$600 buying this dining table from Dallas Designer Furniture as opposed to a large retailer when factoring in the price difference as well as free delivery and installation. They even removed the boxes when they left. Was somewhat hesitant initially given I didn't know much about this store, but glad I chose them.
