i have on and off service with centurytel, the only thing i can count on is service interruption and poor customer service when i call to get it fixed. i don't need attitude i need a working internet connection.

Always out. Can't speak with a representative or get issues resolved. Next steps, BBB then State Representative, then FCC complaint. Exploring other legal options. As a retired investigator for the great state of Texas I totally have this.

If you live in an Rv park don’t bother with this WiFi provider. They made me wait 2 weeks to tell me they no longer service Rv parks and haven’t done so in about 2 years. The lady that made my account knew I lived in an Rv park and didn’t bother telling me that they didn’t service them. Thankyou for wasting my time... read full comment
