“Asked for the high and tight special. The guy musta been new, man's had no idea what I was on about. Hated to do it, but I had to tell him that he didn't follow proto and he was done. Said to him how'd ya even get the job there? It was only then, I told him about the white chariots and informed him that I was a secret double agent. Safe to say I'm gonna have to give him one of my stamps. But to that man, keep featherin it brother. Anyways 10/10 stars, will eat the whole plate”
“5 stars! I looked all over town for a place to hand wash and detail my big truck. I drove it over 1500 miles across country and it was covered in bugs, dirt, road tar, brake dust, bird droppings, fingerprints, etc. Epic brought it back to showroom new. They took the time to do the door jambs, each wheel and tire individually, and no spot was missed. The best the truck has looked in a long time. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here.”

“We have been using Manny for about a year and a half now for my wife’s truck. The quality and detail he puts in is above all. I don’t drive my car much as I work from home, but I was definitely due for a good cleaning. He shows up early and will spend as much time is needed to get it perfect. My seats had a few stains and the back seats were covered in dog hair. When I tell you there wasn’t a spot or hair left in the car I meant it! WOW! “Kevin was awesome, I called last minute and asked if he could detail my car within a week.. he didn’t have availability but offered to put me on a call list in the case someone canceled or he had availability open up. I initially called on a Thursday I believe, he called me Sunday and offered to do the detail that Monday. I was super happy with the customer service and the detail was top notch. I highly recommend.”

“The side of our Lexus was scraped and needed repair. I went to three auto body repair shops for estimates. I chose MAACO because I was impressed with the cleanliness of their shop and with Hayden, who was straightforward, gave a fair estimate, and acted like he was interested in my business. They did an excellent job on the repair. They also worked with our insurance company on necessary supplements and took care of that. I was completely satisfied with the repair. Looks like new. I do have have two suggestions: The work took longer than they expected for valid reasons; they could call and provide an update on the progress. Would be a nice courtesy and help build goodwill with their customers. They could also clean the mirrors and windshield before return; they had a white film on them that was bothersome on the way home. But very happy overall. Again, our Lexus looks beautiful again. I will go back if I need an auto body repair shop again.”

“Justin was wonderful. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Not to mention he nade sure I knew why everything was happening, which made me feel confident about his service. Not to mention they create a wonderful environment. I have been to stale chain owned body shops and Hales does not have the corporate feeling - it feels like somewhere you can trust. They took care of my car quicker than the quoted time and even cleaned my car. I hope I never need a collision center again, but if I do, I know where I'm going!”
