Such a great find for a pet store. This is my second time returning and staff has always been extremely helpful and super nice. I will def be returning for my pets needs. They take great care of the pets they have there, very clean and well maintained. Only con was the store was un usually hot and my little one and I left pretty quick because of this, or else we would've shopped for a longer time. Way too hot for my comfort and a little worrisome for the employees and animals inside.

The pet shop is amazing because of the wonderful employees, not only are they helpful and knowledgeable but they’re very friendly and welcoming- the only thing I’d have to say about it in a negative sense is the temperature, it always seems to be hotter in the store then outside lately

Stopped in to grab some treats for my furry co traveler. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. This location pays it forward to persons adopting pets or maybe needs items for a pet. Conveniently located in the heart of Lago Vista. They are willing to price match with other stores. Check them out if you're in the area.

Noah and Lorraine were very helpful in getting my golden retriever's nails trimmed down near the quick. They both were very caring and careful to make my pup calm and lie down as they both were able to trim and cut his nails with no fuss from him. They treated my pup as one of their own and he got pampered and treated to a first class nail trimming. No appointment was needed but be sure to call first to ensure there will be someone there that is able to cut and / or trim. Ever since we switched our pups to a different brand we have been buying frequently from the whole pets market. The store prices are very competitive with other local stores selling the same product and they have different sales that the other stores do not have, so you will be able to save a bit more there too. There is plenty of parking available, three spots right in the front of the store, wide enough that your doors will not get a ding or dings unless the other person is careless. If those spots in front of the store are occupied, there are more than quite a few more spots in the parking lot with many new stores that have opened to visit that are animal friendly. Additionally, you can bring your dog to wash your dog yourself for $15 or they will wash your dog for you for $30.

I Love our Local Whole Pets Market here in Lago Vista, it's convenient and they have many choices to choose from. I Recently brought my new tiny Chihuahua, Missy who was vomiting and not eating into the store and Noah gave me some samples of dry dog food and recommended what I should feed her. She is now eating!! Thank you! Well done!!

Tiny pet store. Very cramped and in need of an update overall.The staff was knowledgeable and seemed to have a bond with the animals. They were well taken care of.
