“I had a package that said delivered yesterday but I didn't get a key to open the parcel box. I called the post office this morning and Gina answered. She was so friendly and helpful, even gave me her number to call back if I didn't receive it today. She took my info and gave it to the driver. Instead of leaving at the mailbox cluster he hand delivered to my door. Thank you both!!!”

(They even had fun music playing!)My international mailing went very smoothly. I missed a section on a form, but the employee was very patient with me and didn't seem annoyed.The office was clean, and all the materials were well-organized. It also has many individual post office boxes for rental.”

“I have hada box at this post office for about seven years . I have had nothing but good and patient service and long term employees which I know. I have witnessed some of the frustrated complaints which often are based on a misunderstanding of the client not the postal worker and I felt they were handled in a professional manner. The poor rating in Google is not merited.”
