“Such a great find for a pet store. This is my second time returning and staff has always been extremely helpful and super nice. I will def be returning for my pets needs. They take great care of the pets they have there, very clean and well maintained. Only con was the store was un usually hot and my little one and I left pretty quick because of this, or else we would've shopped for a longer time. Way too hot for my comfort and a little worrisome for the employees and animals inside.”

“I volunteer and adopted a new family member. The animals are loved and cared for. They receive excellent food and vet care. The shelter is all donation based and volunteer run. Resources are limited and people can get inpatient with the adoption process. We could certainly use more volunteers and funds.”

“The staff is wonderful. I bought dog food the day before my dog died. I had opened it. I brought it back & told them what had happened to my dog. Not only did they give me my money back for the food, a day later I received a beautiful flower arrangement! That was the most thoughtful thing any store has ever done for me! “My dog Dolly absolutely loves the chicken jerky here. Alex is the most helpful person I have ever met at a pet store. The customer service here is unmatched, and that goes for the pet and the owner! I look forward to bringing Dolly here every week since I have found the place. The fresh food here is amazing, and the ability to get small batches every two weeks or so makes it super fresh for my little 10 pound pugapoo. Alex really cares about your pets health and tries to get to know them. There is no other store like this period. Hands down best experience I have ever had at a pet store. I won’t be going to any other pet stores but here for a long time. Dolly and I have found some friends for life!”

“A friend recommended Tomlinson's to us when we had mentioned needing to give our dog a bath. I had seen the store a few times, but had never personally went in until this visit. Little did I know they have this amazing dog washing station! What an awesome service to use! You book a time slot online to bring your pup in (30 minute window for one dog), and the only thing you need to bring is your dog! They seriously have everything else there for you, and the tub is elevated so you don’t have to kill your back washing your dog. We're talking towels, brushes, Shampoo & Conditioner, an apron for yourself to keep dry, a blow dryer, and more. I did bring a toothbrush with me to brush my dog's teeth, but other than that we had everything we needed. The best part was that once you're done with everything, Tomlinson's takes care of cleaning up for you-how easy is that! After we were done with the bath, I took my pup to pick out some dog treats. Great selection of healthy snacks, the store was extremely clean, and the staff member working that day couldn't have been nicer-she was very sweet and helped walk us through the dog was station since it was our first time. We're definitely fans and will be back!”

“The lady that helped me had it together.She could explain what breed the birds were and knew their history. And she was good at explaining what kind of feed was best depending on what the chick's were being raised for. I will do business with them again.”

“I've never been to the stores because I live all the way in PA, but I still had a great experience with this company. Recently my office received a completely free gift card from this company in the amount of $25, I figure as an attempt to get their name to new people while helping our furry friends get toys, treats and nutritious foods! My favorite thing I noticed was the natural ingredients in ALL the treat and food options. On the back of the card it kindly requested that if I wasn't able to use the card, to please consider donating it, so I chose to donate the funds to the Central Texas SPCA- but instead of mailing the card and hoping for the best, I was able to use Tomlinson's online website to redeem the $25 and with a few dollars of my own I shipped a load of doggy toys, treats and flea products straight to the shelter with FREE shipping!! “Sarah is the best groomer, she always makes Roxy look like a rock ⭐️! And Roxy loves going to see her. I can’t say enough good things! Our 85 pound golden. Doodle is always swimming in the lake, ocean, playing in the beach. Sarah has always tackled each challenge with a smile of sticker burrs, tar, dirt. We do our best to get all that out before we take her in but sometimes our doggie who is living her best life, just gets into a mess! Thank you Sarah!”

“She did it again !!!!! Tristyn Bray, at Petco Grooming in Leander, 1401 US-183 Hwy, did such an extraordinary pampering to my furry baby Lola, today. She did a fantastic job cutting and polishing her nails, and bathing her. Tristyn is extremely gentle and pacient. I can see how much she love animals and what she's doin. Lola go at the grooming salon with no stress and she's really happy when she sees Tristyn.
