We came in tonight for take out. The blonde manager was a absolute doll she was so kind, friendly, beautiful, patient with my kids. They were really enjoyed being at work it was nice to see. Keep up the good good I appreciate you so much. We will be back asap!

I called in to place a carry oit order, was on the phone for 20 minutes, the amount of time it took me to arrive to the location. When I walked in the loud Bing of the door went off. No one approached the counter for a couple minutes. Finally a walked towards the back when a girl on her phone just scrolling away finally noticed me, I showed my phone still on hold when I was told they are sooooo busy she apologized. OK I ordered and was Givin a discount which o agreed to. Was tole 20 min to pick up my order. Returned 20 min later and walked through the door, LOUD Bing. Still no response, walked toward my order which I saw on the rack, again girl on her phone just around the corner not paying any attention ?. Gave me ONE of the sauces, then had to chase her down to retrieve my other sauce that was paid for. ORDER FROM DOMINO'S. SCREW THIS PLACE.

The only thing out here up until now it’s been Domino’s, so was happy to see a Mr. Gatti’s. It’s been a long time since I’ve had it so my daughter and I ordered a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. The pizza wasn’t hot when I picked it up warm would be the best way to describe it and I was there to pick it up when it said it should be done. The pizza Tasted like what I remember Mr. Gatti’s tasting like however the cheese bread was tough and chewy and didn’t really have any flavor. Overall it’s not really impressed.

I really hate having to write this but I am confirming what the other reviewers have said; horrible quality. I ordered 2 pizzas on Sunday. It said approx. 45 minute delivery; it arrived 1.5 hours later cold (I guess they do they’re delivery system through DoorDash which is a bad move in lago). What was surprising is it tasted like chuckee cheese cardboard pizza and we’re not picky eaters. Wayyy Too little sauce, and the dough just tasted like frozen quality (not flaky or fluffy, and pretty flavorless). Wings were decent but nothing to write home about. It really bummed us out and feel bad that this new small business is just missing the mark. These folks need a major course correct… or dominoes won’t have competition for long.

We've tried the new location twice so far. First visit was great and the second pizza was so so (undercooked).. Everyone was nice and it seems like the location has promise. BTW: Put some crust on it..

Ordered a deep dish pizza and got what's almost thin crust. The toppings are good. The salad I ordered only had lettuce, a few strips of onion ,and little tomato, which is completely different than what is shown online.

I have had a couple of pizzas from Mr. Gattis since they opened. My pizzas have been consistently freshly made and absolutely delicious! Their salads are fresh with good vegetables. The staff are friendly and helpful!

This location recently opened. We were excited to have a Mr Gatti’s closer to home. We ordered our normal pizza night order, expecting that delicious Mr Gatti’s pizza that we have enjoyed for many years in Cedar Park. Sadly, what we were given was on par with, at best, Domino's or, more so, store brand frozen pizza.This is a shame because the location is great, being new it was very clean. The staff were all friendly and attentive, and the order was hot and ready. The failure was the actual product provided.The toppings were very sparse, the pizza crust (original) was hard, and the overall flavor was just not there at all. This was incredibly disappointing. We will continue to do business with Mr Gatti’s as we have for decades, but we will be driving the extra few miles to Cedar Park from now on, as we always have.
