This guy is a joke! Had 2 confirmed appointments and 2 confirmed no-shows! Communication skills are severely lacking, and when you call him out on it, he'll deflect, blame, and accuse you of being the bad guy! He'll try to be Mr. Tuff guy with you when you put him on blast! Never will I recommend this guy to anyone for any type of repair!Would've left zero star rating to match his business ethics, but it wouldn't allow!Garbage company!

Asley knows what his doing. I watch him disassemble a part on my truck and he placed all the nuts and bolts in a pattern so he knew exactly were they went back.He's my go to mechanic!!!

Guy is disrespectful to the customers , treating like his own buddies, rude and unprofessional. He really doesn't know how to do the business and how to communicate. I gave him an opportunity to fix the things that he messed up , he just started to ignore me and started looking for excuses , then started to blame me and was telling me that he gave me a favor that took my car for the repair. I was nice to him from the beginning right to the end , has provided an invoice to him from another shop has fixed the things he messed up. He didn't want to reimburse and doesn't stand on his warranty. I was trying to support local businesses , but never again. If you need some small repairs , he probably will be fine. Not more than that.

Had high hopes for this small business. Came out once-early Dec. '22- & assessed problem with vehicle. Replaced one part ($60). Didn't fix the problem. Promised to come back after holidays. Last text I got was 12/26. My last text to him was on 1-9-23. Just said: "Hey. Let me know what going on". No-show-no-response ever since then, despite me texting repeatedly. Never again.

Ashley Champ is very nice. He lives here in Lago Vista and knows a lot about cars. He's mostly a mobile mechanic and you may always see is green car in the area. He even wore a green shirt, He loves green. He did an oil change while the car was in the garage. I only had to move it a little so he could get under it using a floor jack. He's been around awhile and knows a lot of things about other venders. Honestly there has NOT been a lot of good feedback about other auto repair in Lago. It sure was convenient. Consider him if you are stranded or perhaps need help with a flat tire. He said he will go down 1431 toward Cedar Park if you are stalled along the road.

Contacted Ashley at 930 on a Friday morning after trying to charge my dead battery overnight. Then tried jumping it with my wife’s car to no avail. Ashley was here within 30 minutes and was able to to get my car started so I could go pick up a new battery. I appreciate his service and will call him again.

Ashley has worked on both my mom's and my wife's car. Shows up as scheduled and quickly gets the work done at a fair rate. He has saved us a ton off inflated estimates. And the mobile service has saved even more in valuable time. Highly recommend.
