Bad day cross over?. The difference between that and personal preferences is where the technicality is.The pharmacy tech giving the flu and covid shot must have been having a bad day. However when she told me her "preference on shot administration" that's where it's not kind to enforce those one another person. Really? The employee literally stated it was her preference as she didn't trust herself to do 2 within the inch apart. Further literally just had me sleeve up at the counter. ? whatever- in the end all I can say is - lack of professionalism and improvement needed in being personable.Get it together CVS pharmacy and management. If the employee needs time off..do it. It's not worth that person being short, imposing and passing on that to CVS customers.

Just ridiculously bad customer service for the pharmacy. No urgency at all. I've waited on the phone just to talk to someone for over 15 minutes with no one picking up. Called Costco's Pharmacy and HEB's Pharmacy and immediately got someone on the phone in seconds.

Pharmacy is unacceptably bad. I put an order in for my medication 4 days before I needed it. I know they’re slow on getting stuff filled so I try and be proactive about it. Went it today to go get it and was told it wasn’t ready yet. The guy at the counter said it would be ready for pick up tomorrow. I let him know I can’t wait until tomorrow I needed it today. He was able to fill it after I waited another 20 minutes. If you have a medication that you have to have filled by a certain time / day I would suggest going with a more reliable pharmacy. Probably HEB.

Cvs seem to have problems getting one of my meds so I have to go toHEB and they can't tell you if they can get it or not. They have no clue . That a Corp. Problem

No one answers the phone at the Pharmacy. Got wrong info on prescription. No one gives you any updates. Horrible pharmacy. Avoid at all cost.

Had an emergency situation this am needed to grab diapers and stuff. Literally 8 am. And store isn’t open instead employees barely getting there and outside smoking. Right we’re we walk threw so now smoke in face and there still not open

I went in on Sunday night about 45 minutes before close (tonight) and just wanted some snacks but I only had cash. They had already closed their registers and were only taking card. Not a big deal, but disappointing for sure.

Trying to actually talk to someone in the pharmacy, over the phone, at any time of day is an exercise in futility. They regularly do not update prescription statuses correctly, so the CVS application is not reliable for letting me know when a prescription is available for pickup. For example, a pending prescription should have been filled and ready for pickup by this afternoon, and is still showing as pending. I am now about to drive to the store just to find out if the prescription is actually filled, or still in process... because no one will answer the phone.

Always have an issue with this pharmacy. I've never had so many issues with a pharmacy as consistently as I have with this one. Avoid at all costs if you can. HEB is only 15-20 minutes further, worth the drive. They messed up 2 separate prescriptions just today, for my wife and I that were called in separately.

Absolutely loathe dealing with pharmacy departments anywhere but this one took the cake. Worst customer service I've ever gotten at this particular cvs . The pharmacy was in such a hurry to close that I just kept getting the "I don't know " answer to both my questions . Ridiculous .

Waited on hold just to reach pharmacy for 45 min....was gonna try them out because they are so close but after no picked up the phone decided I'll go back to Costco pharmacy. If they cannot even answer a phone then I would not imagine they are very effecient in person either.

Way overpriced as most cvs stores however a great store if you need something fast. Staff are helpful generally and go out of their way to help. The pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired however. They have a Redbox here which is handy being far away from cedar park

Looking at their overpriced products made me feel sick so I headed to the bathroom. Unfortunately they (along with other cvs stores) have decided they will no longer make bathrooms available to their customers. Considering the whole place looks and smells like a bathroom, this was surprising to me.
