6June2024 The woman who was in the store at 3:26pm was so pleasant and super helpful. She help make my shopping experience great.
The shelves were being stocked and plan-grams were looking nice. The store and parking lot looked well kept.

Ok so i had a prescription at this pharmacy.
Date 5/29/24 2:45 pm .
I had an emergency and couldnt pick up meds until today, thus they had prescription for over one week.
I call them this morning at around 11am speak to whom i assume was the pharmisist, whom said we will start your prescription and have it ready.
I get there at 2:45 n they say its going to be a half hour, i stated i spoke with you guys this morning, n you said it would be ready. You have had the scrip for over one week, now your telling me i have to wait because you did not do what you clearly stated you would do?
The entire staff had no clue what was going on
Total chaos watching people attempt to get there prescriptions.
When I asked tbe counter boy, to speak to the woman he asked about my prescriptionand why i was told it would be ready but it wasnt ?
I told her i called tbis morning and someone said it would be ready, she was so RUDE to him and myself , she would not give me her name or come to counter so i could read it.
So im just going to describe her, and hope they apply somesort if firmal training and respect for the customer, as She was so RUDE, i will not be useing this pharmacy anymore...
Description. Tall. lady caucasion, black hair pulled back in a pony tail, wouldnt give me her name and just kept stating very rude and disrespectfuly precription is not ready, we are behind...
Well you have had over one week to fill this prescription and you still have not filled it?
Seems like maybe a manager would be in order for this pharmacy as it was out of control n they are rude and disrespectful to the custmer who is just wanting thier prescription .

Too much to list…run away. in the past 6 months, they made a mistake on medicine 5 times. they should be ashamed of themselves. it is so bad, errors are the norm. I would not be surprised if they kill someone due to the errors.
move to a new CVS yet they continue to make errors with my medication.

I have been going to CVS for years now but never have I met an employee so outstanding as Maloree, I hope I got the name right. She is an absolute ray of sunshine! She was working the store and helping every customer in sight, I've never seen such a thing. Usually, employees duck and hide from needy customers. I was searching for a product and immediately she picked up on the signals and was there to help me. Not only did she find what I needed quickly but she was very thankful for my patronage. This lady is a gem and CVS is so lucky to have her on their staff. She is genuine with a heart of gold and I will be a faithful customer from this point on!

Bad day cross over?. The difference between that and personal preferences is where the technicality is.The pharmacy tech giving the flu and covid shot must have been having a bad day. However when she told me her "preference on shot administration" that's where it's not kind to enforce those one another person. Really? The employee literally stated it was her preference as she didn't trust herself to do 2 within the inch apart. Further literally just had me sleeve up at the counter. ? whatever- in the end all I can say is - lack of professionalism and improvement needed in being personable.Get it together CVS pharmacy and management. If the employee needs time off..do it. It's not worth that person being short, imposing and passing on that to CVS customers.

Have been using CVS for at least 20 years in various locations. This one by far is the worst we have ever gone to. We moved here two years ago and due to maturity use a pharmacy more than I would like. The customer service, staff training, condition of the store and site are horrible. The manager if they have one must be completely oblivious to what is needed. It's bad enough that when we went to another CVS, because as normal this one couldn't provide, the staff mentioned they have sent help numerous times and this one needs a good manager. Come on CVS your organization is better than this. Good leadership would reach out to me for more details, we'll see?

Just ridiculously bad customer service for the pharmacy. No urgency at all. I've waited on the phone just to talk to someone for over 15 minutes with no one picking up. Called Costco's Pharmacy and HEB's Pharmacy and immediately got someone on the phone in seconds.

Pharmacy is unacceptably bad. I put an order in for my medication 4 days before I needed it. I know they’re slow on getting stuff filled so I try and be proactive about it. Went it today to go get it and was told it wasn’t ready yet. The guy at the counter said it would be ready for pick up tomorrow. I let him know I can’t wait until tomorrow I needed it today. He was able to fill it after I waited another 20 minutes. If you have a medication that you have to have filled by a certain time / day I would suggest going with a more reliable pharmacy. Probably HEB.

Cvs seem to have problems getting one of my meds so I have to go toHEB and they can't tell you if they can get it or not. They have no clue . That a Corp. Problem
