Have been using CVS for at least 20 years in various locations. This one by far is the worst we have ever gone to. We moved here two years ago and due to maturity use a pharmacy more than I would like. The customer service, staff training, condition of the store and site are horrible. The manager if they have one must be completely oblivious to what is needed. It's bad enough that when we went to another CVS, because as normal this one couldn't provide, the staff mentioned they have sent help numerous times and this one needs a good manager. Come on CVS your organization is better than this.Good leadership would reach out to me for more details, we'll see?

One of the male employees made my wife cry on the phone. Bad service and poor attention to detail has resulted in challenges and delays in us getting needed medication using this pharmacy.

Valentines Day I stopped in for the first time in many years as I’ve never had a good experience at CVS. This evening would prove to be no exception.Cashier rang up my items personal I submitted my phone credit card and pin and the transaction was processed.The shift manager and cashier were sure that something had glitches and we would need to ring it up and do it all over again.I was assured multiple times that if it did charge me twice not to worry just bring in my phone with the bank statement and they would def take care of it.After several attempts I was finally able to catch the shift lead that was there that evening and what does he say?I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do unless you have an item to return or your receiptOk I should always keep up with my receipt but I was told not once or twice but several times just come in show them the duplicates charge and there would be no issue they’d take care of it.It’s not taken care of . I don’t think it will ever be taken care of.7/11 got me and has never returned my money because I didn’t start the pump within the three minutes after paying …. Ok but TTL hat was months ago and they never gave me the gas or money backNow here is CVS refusing to refund a duplicate charge that two of the employees are very aware of….This is not acceptable it is theft and it has to be addressed

These caring and kind people saved my life. I traveled to Texas from Arizona and forgot my medicine. I was a mess. A total wreck. These people worked so hard to get me the medication I needed. I've never been more thankful in my life. They went above and beyond to help me. I will never forget their help or their kindness. I lost everything in Feb. to a house fire in the middle of the night. My husband, my dogs, my house and ever I worked 41 years to buy. I have PTSD very bad right now and if they didn't get me this medicine I don't know how I would have made it through. They are heroes to me just like the firefighters in Salinas California that brought my husband out of the fire so I could be at his side as he passed. They also removed my dogs from the fire so I would be able to cradle them and say goodbye. It's great to know there are still loving and caring people left in this world. I'm so very thankful to your staff. You are amazing CVS Pharmacy employees. Thanks again!

Awful customer service. called to ask about antibodies test for COVID, the guy could not even understand what I was talking about, sent me generic info that I could find myself and just said that I better ask someone in store for more information…

Drive-through pick up of prescriptions is available on the inside Ln., Covid testing is in the outside lane, Not having prescription pick up in the outside lane keeps people getting stuck behind someone that's getting a test and having to wait longer. Don't know why this was a big complaint... It makes things easier. They obviously are super busy answering phone calls because of the Covid questions. I don't see anybody standing around everyone working there isBusy helping fill prescriptions and taking care of customers

What in the world...Covid testing done only in the drive through and no prescription pickup in the outside lane??? This is crazy, why not set up an outdoor tent testing area with specific times and STOP making everyone wait ...UGHhhh

Well I decided if I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to pick up the phone I'd write a review and keep doing it till they answer. It's bad enough that they called twice without leaving a message but then when you call them back you're on the phone... 25 minutes now! Last time I went I gave them a bunch of grief about why my blood pressure medicine was twice what it cost at HEB and they said because were a profit-based pharmacy HEB is just trying to get you in the door... At least they're honest. Just for the record it took them 32 minutes to answer the phone.

This is a horrible location. I spent 30 minutes on hold before hanging up and had to have my dr send my prescriptions in. Everytime i go to pick up they are a miserable staff and treat every single person in line they are inconvenient to make a pharmacist do their job. Horrible horrible unhappy staff.

I expected a lot more friendliness from a small town CVS. The staff was rude to me and the customer in front of me and the customer behind me during checkout. There were no signs indicating how much the clearance was off, so I asked the sales lady and she said go scan it. The store was bigger than most and carried more items is the only positive. I will not be Returning on my next visit to Lago Vista.

I want to give this store a one star only because the pharmacy has always been the greatest but if it wasn't for them I'd give THIS CVS a zero star. I and other people I know always have such rude customer service. Maybe a handful of times they were nice but overall just horrible customer service. I love cvs because most times I always get amazing help but with this specific location it needs to be re evaluated and re trained to the people that work here. That's all.
