I went to this place the other day just kind of fishing I had some gold I would like to sell but I'm looking for the top price for it this place is ran by a bunch of uneducated kids that does not have the clue what they are doing when this was top Dollar pawn the store was always full of merchandise it was very busy and they were Fair on their prices everything in the store is way overpriced they barely had any inventory the whole place looks to be a failure I took approximately $1,300 worth of gold in and when I say $1,300 it's worth $1,300 for scrap value they offered me a total of $60 for $1,300 worth of gold the girl I dealt with gave me back a vintage 18 karat gold branded wedding ring and told me it was plated I'll take it that was due to the fact she probably couldn't read the inside of it because she was fresh out of high school the boy that was supposedly her boss it was in charge was unable to take another ring that was 22 karat gold because according to him there's no such thing as 22 karat gold and minus those two pieces I still had about $900 worth of gold and they offered me a total of $65 for all of it so if you're looking to sell gold and you want to get ripped off this is the place to go they don't have a clue what they're buying they don't have a clue what they're selling and everyone that works there is very uneducated when I ask how much they paid for gold the kids answer was default 30 he says they pay $30 an ounce for gold gold is $2,420 an ounce I'm sure they have taken advantage of quite a few people with these tactics just be very aware and wary of this place if you're looking to sell anything of value they're going to offer you this lowest amount that they can and try to convince you that you will not get no more anywhere else.
Following day I took the same gold pieces to a reputable jeweler in Waco that buys gold for the $1,300 worth of gold they paid me $1,210 a very fair deal a lot better than 65 so to the owners and managers of this pawn shop you need to educate those children that you have running that place is running your business in the ground and they're ripping people off and giving you a very bad reputation I'll never do business there ever again and I will not recommend that anybody else do any business there ever again

I wouldn't go here I used to be a customer of this for many years they have people in here that don't care about customers I found a nice TV for they only give me $40 I had a hard time I always got it out on time add hard time one time and they wouldn't hold it for me now they got it on the floor for 300 at what time they made a mistake and had it on the floor when I wasn't even behind so about you I want something this place

I bought an Oculus 2 and HP computer advertised by Stacy on Facebook marketplace for $200. I drove 30 miles to and back home. Not a big selection but happy with my purchases.

The people that work in Cash America pawn or absolutely the kindest most considerate and helpful I think I've ever encountered honestly. They're knowledgeable they are fair they give you a fair price for what you want to pawn, they will never take you for granted. Everybody knows but for those of you who don't to take out your pawn you must have cash, but if you want to purchase something there they accept cash credit or debit cards.

Horrible customer service. Guy said he was going on back to get my gun. After waiting at least 30 mins he came back and said i need to come back next day before 4 that he couldn’t get it for me. After getting off work at 5 rushing up here then waiting over a half hour wasted time and employees laughing because i was upset.

Offered $250 for over $8000 worth of camera gear, claiming they wouldn’t be able to sale it for more than $500… the lenses (3 of them) are worth $2000 each, the camera body $3500 used, $6000 brand new. Also had supporting equipment, such as light meter, etc… Rip off, avoid this place.

I went to this pawn shop yesterday, (Saturday, 1/22/22) to purchase an Xbox one for my grandson. We were in that neck of the woods running errands. Today, (1/23/22) I get a phone call from Eric stating that they never charged my credit card and I need to come back in for them to take a payment. Mind you that round trip it is 2 hours for me. I explained that to him. He stated that he would call the credit card company to see if they would be able to take payment over the phone. He wasn't sure if they were open today so he didn't know if he would be able to call me back today. After checking my online banking I realized they hadn't charged me. I told him my husband would go over today and make this payment. But were they going to make right? It was a real inconvenience for us. He said he was sorry but basically they had already ran their paperwork last night so no. But the guy that was supposed to have run my card had only been there 2 days. He didn't know why this person was left by themselves. I told him this was the first time we had shopped with them and it would be the last.
