My favorite deer processor! I’ve been to other processors and i only shoot doe’s. One processor gave me back like 7year old Rutty buck meat. It wasn’t good at all, but this place ALWAYS gives me my deer back!! The jalapeño smoked sausage is quite possibly the best recipe that i have EVER tasted.

Not much for leaving reviews, But I’ll give credit where credit is due! Had a deer processed here and they did a great job! Definitely will be back!

Wish I would have asked before leaving my venison for processing. The venison pork sausage they make is smoked for only 1 1/2 hours. I called 6 other processors and most smoke link sausage 6 to 8 hours. One smoked their sausage 4 to 6 hours. When I questioned the process the owner became very rude. Will definitely not return.

A hidden gem. Great staff, awesome selection, and down the street from the house. You can get your cheese, lunch meat, and bbq meats there, and it’s fresh.
