“Small produce market with pretty good selection of fruit and vegetables. Produce was beautiful and fresh! Prices on par and sometimes cheaper than HEB. I wouldn’t recommend getting more “exotic” fruit there as it was pretty pricey (I.e pomegranates, dragon fruit, etc). Wasn’t crowded and there was plenty of parking, even on the weekend.”

“I don’t even go to Lanier, but I love their burgers! The fam that runs it are super nice too. So happy this burger joint is in my neighborhood and it’s endearing to see the kids have this spot as a hangout for them.”

“It is great to now have more options for groceries in this area. We needed something like this. Sprouts always has the best options when it comes to organic produce. They also have extras that you can't find in your local grocery store and ready to eat meals. Yes, sometimes it could be more expensive. Best is to take advantage of their sales. They also send coupons in the mail every so often where you get so much off when you buy so much. This location is big and spacious inside. It looks modern and clean. Don't forget to bring your re-usable bags. Parking is on site, but shared with the other businesses. I've never had an issue with parking.”

“Honestly, I’m not quite sure which H-E-B this is because I go to so many but if you appreciate room to shop and pass each other in the isles, pushing a cart or driving one, the H-E-B on Brazos that has the parking garage attached is the shiz!!! you walk straight to a sliding glass door grab a motorized shopping cart driving in one way to the elevator and then drive it straight out when you reached your desired level. Never seen anything like it! It’s the H-E-B that carries everything not just Hillcountry fair and H-E-B. Brands that check it out.”

“This is my go-to shopping place. Things can get a little hectic inside the store on many days because so many people are shopping there. I think they need wider aisles because it is too difficult to have two lanes of traffic plus people having to search for items on shelves. Add to that all the stockers who are trying to unload product and the big shopper cart trying to pick up items for curbside delivery, make it very hectic. I have gotten hit by rude, impatient shoppers trying to push their way through crowded aisles.

On the plus side the employees are always very friendly and helpful, the store is usually well stocked and I can almost always find what I am looking for. (Those friendly employees always stop what they are doing and help me find what I need.) Also the store is clean and pretty well organized. (Except when they are re-organizing things!) The food is fresh and always has use by dates well marked.

And I love that they have so many easy to make pre-made meals so I can get a meal on the table quickly when I get home. And they are always adding new meals so as not to have the same old, same old to choose from every day.

I do like shopping for some plants there, as well as fresh flowers for when I need a nice gift. And except on holidays, there is always ample parking.

I love my H E B!”

“An excellent Russian store with a great selection and friendly service. We found so many things we have been looking for like buckwheat, kvass, pelmeni, Georgian wines, Georgian sparkling waters, you name it, they have it! I’m very impressed with the amount of Russian imports vs European imports. Very well done ?I would recommend this store to family and friends!”

“I found this liquor store to be quite tiny, but clean and inviting. The pretty indian lady behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. And even though small, it had everything that i could possibly want and very well organized. “Awesome friendly people. Sprouts is my favorite grocery stores and I’ve been coming since it was sun harvest. You can bring your own containers for the bulk section as well. I had a small disagreement about the weight of one container (I was wrong, so sorry!!) but the checkout manager handled it with grace and understanding. You can’t get that kind of friendliness anywhere else. Always a joy to come shop at this location”

“This place is an amazing coffee shop...with wine available. One of my favorite new coffee shops in the Pearl. It is located inside of Emma Hotel. There is plenty of outdoors sitting. Not too busy so it is a great place to meet for business, or just a moment for yourself.”

“When they advertise that NO STORE DOES MORE. They prove it time and time again. Carlos the Manager. The cashier's the Pharmacy Staff. Any one of them are always willing to assist people and they leave you feeling like you matter.”

“All hebs seem to my needs . Usually well staffed to the point where its comfortable to shop and seek help with little to (usually) no assistsnce needed whatsoever. This is my neighborhood heb and it has bedn for close 10 years and i have no memories of a bad visit.

This store is a good example of why HEB flourishes in San Antonio.

This is not just a review but a thank you .”

“I shop here regularly and love my heb, but honestly I'm just here to shout out the cashier I had this evening. A lady named "Pam M". As I was waiting in line, I noticed the customer who was at the point of sale struggling with his card. Pam opened up her wallet, turned the card reader around and inserted her personal card. I wish you could have seen the look on this man's face. He told her that she didn't have to do that and thanked her for her kindness. She smiled and thanked him for his service to his country and the man went on his happy way. What a kind and generous thing to do. Shout out to Pam! Thanks for making the world a better place to live.”

“It's funny how one day, I visited an H-E-B Plus purely by accident, and it felt like I was in a Fred Meyer up in Washington state. Yet on another day, I visited this H-E-B Market, and it felt like I was in a small, but cozy, Sprouts Farmers Market. That's not to say this was any worse than the H-E-B Plus. In fact, it might be better because it has a more neighborly feel than the larger H-E-B locations I've been to, including the Plus of course.I actually wanted to stop by earlier in my trip because it was closest to my hotel in downtown San Antonio, but one, the parking lot was full when I tried to go the first time, and two, driving around downtown San Antonio is *painfully* slow! Luckily, with this store having such a more relaxing atmosphere in spite of the lack of certain merchandise, I forgot about all the trouble I had driving here, which included a portion of Flores St being blocked off for some reason. This H-E-B is on the southeast corner of Flores and Cesar Chavez Blvd. There is a gas station here, so you can fill up on both groceries and gas here, which is convenient. In fact, this location is closest to the Corporate Office on Main Ave just on the other side of Commanders House Park. I suppose if you want to complain about your experience at this H-E-B Market, you could walk two blocks south to the corporate office, though I wouldn't recommend doing that if it's 100+ degrees outside lol.At a previous H-E-B, I got a coupon for $2.50 off Catalina Crunch cereal. I was hoping to use it at this location, but with how much smaller it was compared to their counterparts, I wasn't surprised that I couldn't find the cereal, even with help from an associate named Robert. The associates, unless they are new, shouldn't have any trouble helping you find what you need. I did, however, find a nice bag of H-E-B trail mix that I thought could have been useful for the trip back home, so I got a bag of that instead. When I went to check out at a self-checkout, my credit card declined! This was the day after the chip on my card got locked up, thus rendering it unusable for the remainder of my trip. Danny, the associate at the self-checkout, saw me expressing my exasperation and didn't hesitate to help. He couldn't get my card to work either, so I had to use a backup card. At first, it didn't work either, but the second time was a charm. I appreciated how he stepped in to help out before I even asked. Remember what I said about neighborly feel? Much appreciated! :)Overall, I would definitely recommend stopping by here for all your grocery needs as long as they have what you need; otherwise, you'd have to go to a different location. I also want to mention they have a nice little patio just outside the market so you can enjoy your just purchased food there. I think it's meant for customers getting a pizza at South Flo, but really, you shouldn't have a problem eating anything else there.”

“I have been living in the USA for 14 years and I have never liked store-bought tortillas and I had never found Mexican tortillas. Until a few days ago I started searching on Google for nixtamal tortillas and this page appeared. I ordered online and the tortillas arrived quickly and in perfect condition. When you uncover the package, the aroma of the tortillas is identical to those sold in Mexico and they are delicious. 1000% recommended from Orange grove TX.”
