I've ordered banners from the company. Once I had the order correct. Ask for another batch of banners. Thank you and everything was going to be the same I just signed off on it. That was my mistake.
But the order that came in was rearranged the wrong way. I never asked her to switch product line 1 to product 7 to be switched out.
Don't trust these people to do the job correctly once you establish the information they should have there . I've always ordered things and payed when the product came in ..
I own a business. How do the job first. Then I collect the money. They say now they change the operation. I want you to pay for items they don't even have.
Also. I give them a one. Communication on their part sucks. I've always ordered banners with no grommets. And the next set I buy .. They put grommets. Smh
Once again. If you set a pattern. They don't care. You have to tell them over and over again..
Update on this unprofessional owner of this spot. I told him I was going to leave him a review. I gave him a $230 order. And instead of working for me and accepting responsibility. And accepting criticism. He decides not to make money. Your staff is the problem. Your customers pay the employees. Just you handling me is very unprofessional. Without customers. You make no money. So your staff and you could be right all day that doesn't get you paid! I'll use the UPS store in floresville. The job's going to be done no matter what. By ups. But your response to me on free speech is what the people are going to remember. Because the customer is wrong in your eyes. So I'll take my money elsewhere.
Do not use this messed up store. The owner is a liberal. And unprofessional. Weak minded by words

THE UPS store in La Vernia is second to none. Working with Remie on a special project for school was exceptional! She was responsive, helpful, and patient! In addition, other staff members that either helped me by phone, through email or in person were kind and helpful as well. I cannot recommend UPS store #6504 enough!

Our local store in La Vernia is staffed with excellent people. They are friendly, user friendly, and are always happy to do whatever is needed. Specifically, last Friday on July 19th, I had a print order to pick up that I needed for the next day. I worked the entire day in San Antonio, 50 minutes away. I was going to be late getting to their store to pick up my order but I called and explained to Ethan that I was 3 minutes away and if they could just let me grab my print order a few minutes after their closing time of 6:30, I would be so grateful. Needless to say I got my print order and was successful in gaining new clients at a marketing event the next day. Thanks to Ethan and my awesome team at UPS La Vernia!

Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I had a child's rocking chair that my son had in 1986 and I wanted to ship it to his baby girl in Oregon! UPS wrapped it with care and it arrived safely and undamaged. So thankful!
