Everyone was so attentive and compassionate. Dr. Guerrero was the best Dr. I probably ever met. He took great care over the decisions to be made to keep me out of hospital. Nurse Judy was the bomb also. I forget the other RN and lvn names but they were just as awesome. Nicest place and people. I felt safe and well cared for.Went again and the same stellar service and compassion.

Unfortunately, they are not covered by Tricare anymore. But, I may continue to come here and pay out of pocket just because the care I have received here has been excellent. Everyone from the front desk staff, the nurses and the providers are just great. Very gracious and very good bedside manner. I highly recommend coming here for your urgent care needs!

I was in and out very quickly. The place was so clean and the staff was so sweet. It ended up that my hand wasn't broken, which was great news, but it still hurt a lot and swollen. They didn't give anything to actually HELP with the pain that night other than put it in a splint.

Had to take my 4 year old son in for a cut that needed stitches. Nurses and Doctor were amazing! It was his first time having to have stitches and they worked with him very well even though he was screaming and hollering!

This emergency care was fantastic. Fast service, lovely staff, and was able to answer all the questions I had. If I need to go back I know this place would be my first stop lol.

The Emergency Clinic La Vernia is the absolute best. We have been multiple times, things in life happen unexpectedly. My husband, my son and myself have been patients. Every staff member is professional knowledgeable and caring. The Doctors, nurses and front office staff all provide impeccable care. Costs about the same as seeing a regular doctor but is way quicker. We truly trust them with our lives, we have time after time received better care and services from the the team at the emergency clinic La Vernia than our general practitioners.

Very pleasant experience from when I first called to see if they accept my insurance. To the checking in process. Also being seen by nurse Adam and the doctor on staff that evening was pleasant as they answered any questions I had. Informed me of my treatment options. Everyone wished me well on my way out. Will use this place again for any future emergencies.

Very polite at the front desk, the tech was great, and Heather the PA was very efficient and informative on everything from the exam, to the results and medication prescribed. This is like my 4th time here and it’s always been class A service. No surprises with outrageous insurance claim charges like some other places.

I went in after I was in a car wreck to get checked over. The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. So nice and professional. I felt really cared for and trusted them completely. I highly recommend.

My son broke his arm on Friday morning and the whole team from the receptionist, nurse, doctor and X-ray tech were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them and will only be going there for small emergency from now one. Thank you for all you do.

Went in for Brochitis. Vince Walsh was amazing! He talked to me as if I were a friend. He gave me the treatments i needed to instantly breathe better and then explained in detail everything with my meds he prescribed going forward. If he had a practice I would have him as my go to healer!
