NAPA Auto Parts - Third Coast Distributing is noted for its very friendly and knowledgeable staff who provide excellent customer service. The store has a good ol' auto parts store feel as a locally owned place catering to mechanics. Staff are described as great, helpful, and honest, even directing customers to check warranties elsewhere. However, the store is very small with a limited in-store selection, especially for older cars, and it seems to cater more to the ranch and farm crowd. Some items are noted as overpriced and the storefront appears unclean. While selection can be frustrating, the staff's expertise keeps customers returning.
The man was very nice. He told me that the battery was proably under warrenty still on my battery and to check with O'Reily. I did and there was a warrenty. The man could of taken advantaged but he did not. Great employee and great man!

Walked in and then walked out. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Most stuff is overpriced so went down to the other auto parts store.

Great, knowledgeable staff. They were on the money with what I needed. It's a locally owned place with that good ol auto parts store feel. For the true mechanic or shade tree mechanic.
