Reluctantly brought my truck here for a quick recall fix, I'm hoping the service department did better than the service agents because they are in great need of training as far as customer service. I came in and told him what I was here for. I had an appointment was here 20 minutes early and after the gentleman had looked at everything I asked to confirm what I was told if it would take approximately 30 minutes. He looked at me like I was the dumbest person on earth for inconveniencing him after I had walked in he didn't say anything no greeting no nothing and say well I don't know. So I'll wait in the waiting room for my vehicle a female now comes in handy my keys and tells me thank you I'm done, but it's not it tell me where the truck is. I go out to look for it and it's like an Easter egg hunt on Sunday morning to walking around the property looking for my truck. Before I found it, I did pop my head back into the service and found the mail sitting there on the phone who again gave me a disgusted look like I was, interrupting his very important day. I highly suggest taking your vehicle somewhere they actually care about you. I don't need to be but kids or anything of that nature just a little common decency would be nice.!!!

I took my new truck in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I checked the truck when i got home and found the tire not rotated and the tire were not aired up too. called and spoke with the service manger and he denied anything. finding out this was not the service manager after all. The service manager had quit. So i did not trust them I took it to a other gm deale and had them check and found out the oil had not been changed so i had them provide the service needed. Contacted the owner and president of the dealer ship and he said he would check and get back with us and he would send us a check for what we had to pay since the first oil change was covered from GMC . Have not heard a word from the lying cheating stealing owner of Koepp chevrolet or any one else they charged GMC for work they did not perform.Larry

I had such a good experience at Koepp Chevrolet when I bought my wife's Tahoe that I went back 6 months later to buy myself a truck. Jason C. really went out of his way to get me exactly what I wanted with a great deal. Don't count out this small town dealership!

I am from out of town and brought in my vehicle to have it looked over due to smoke coming from vent. I had called several other places and they are unableto look at until later on in the week. Chevrolet was able to get me in right away. Service was beyond my expectations. My appreciation and gratitude is beyond words. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you so much!!!!!

I went in to have a diagnosis done on my Cadillac CTS. Was told $89.99 to have the said service done. Jamie (Service Manager) came to the waiting room and told me that they discovered the issue and would repair it for a slightly higher price rather than the $89.99 diagnosis fee. They diagnosed my issue AND FIXED my car for less than half the quoted prices I was receiving elsewhere. Jamie allows for the Service Technician - Matthew to show me what the issue was, how it happened and what my options were on repairs. Instead of waiting in the waiting area, Jamie brought me the key to a BRAND NEW 2020 Silverado and said, “ Go get something to eat and we will call you when your car is ready, no reason to be bored waiting” AT ZERO COST TO ME!!! That’s unheard of!! Wow!

This place sponsored a pig and dog fighting event. There are so many other ways they could get their names out there but decided animal cruelty was the way to go. Maybe next time sponsor a school related event instead of cruelty?
