Most of my experiences have been pleasant, however, recently my narcotic medication was missing a pill. This is a shocking concern.

This is the WORST place to have your prescription filled. They were getting year 2023 and 2024 mixed up when it came to filling prescriptions which includes multiple techs and pharmacists at different times. Calling ahead to see if a prescription is ready and they say it will be ready in a certain amount of time and once there to pick up they say the medication is out of stock. So why say it was going to be ready at all. They are SO disorganized and though the drive thru is going under construction and you have to go inside, the customer service is just awful and slow. This has happened so many times. I give up on this location.

I have been calling since 10:00 am today It is now 3:53 pm.?I gave them my member ID #, my group info, my bin #, and my PCN # each and every time. SEVEN CALLS later when my Rx insurance called them MIRACULOUSLY they were suddenly able to process my prescription. My insurance told me they were given the exact information as I was giving them. USELESS!!They kept telling me it’s given me a mismatch on your account and it won’t process. They definitely enjoy it and find it funny to play games with their customersThen they wash their hand and say “Oh well I wasn’t the one you spoke to”TOTALLY UNEEXCUSABLE BEHAVIOR from HEB PHARMACY/La Vernia. They take advantage of customers who live in the area and have limited resources. ????Lack of compassion, empathy, understanding and most overall lack of professionalism ???

I just read a review that really criticized the pharmacy at this location as well as the store itself. I gotta say, I'm really surprised because every time I've used the pharmacy, or the grocery side, I've gotten exactly what I needed. So here is my take on the situation. Our H-E-B has probably been here for a while, and what YOU have to remember, is that this used to be a small town, where this H-E-B was perfect for what was needed. Now that the town is rapidly expanding, H-E-B has to expand also, which can cause some inconveniences. So sometimes it's hard to keep stuff on the shelves, especially during the holidays. Don't get your panties in a wad if it's not there, give them a little time to restock it, or ask someone if they have what you need in the back. The folks that work there are amazing and are always willing to help. I love this H-E-B, and all the folks who work there and thank you from the bottom of my heart

Just had the worst experience at a store with zero customer service. Staff won't answer phones, give rude looks, and whisper around customers like it's high school. Disrespectful environment, lacking customer service skills and respect. Won't be shopping here again.

This is the worst H‑E‑B in the state. The pharmacy never has anything you need. Have to wait days to get medication. Other pharmacy's get your medication to you within 24 hours. The grocery store is often not stocked, and it doesn't have the variety other H-E-B's have. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Looks like they are expanding. We can only hope this will help the grocery side of things. The pharmacy seems to be a lost cause.

Laverna H.E.B. delivery so not thrilled with you...Delivery time between 11-12 today... still not here. I called at 2p.m. said it had been ready for over 2 hours, they just had not called the driver to deliver it!
