Love this branch, and the bankers here. Thea and Melissa are the best at what they do. They are knowledgeable in the products they offer, and will go above and beyond to find solution to assist me w/ my account issues.
I have been banking here for 5+ years, and love their convenient and extended hours, as someone like me who works a 9-5, can still do my banking after work. I highly recommend. ?

I don’t usually come to this location but today since it’s closer to my home I decided to give it a try! Worst experience ever. Definitely a confirmation as to why I never come to this location. When I arrived it was 4:40PM and no one was at the front. No bank teller on site so I was like ok fine imma give them the benefit of the doubt maybe they are in the bathroom. I waited till 5:10PM till I decide to knock on the door. Five minutes later Jonathan De La Cruz came out yelling that “I did not need to knock on the door we were counting the vault” then I said well maybe put a sign. He stated they don’t have signs for that. How incompetent does this “branch manager” have to be! He could have simply wrote a handwritten note stating they were in the back counting the vault! I didn’t need an attitude just needed to deposit my check.

All the employees working there are all very kind and patient with us.They do the every task as quickly as possible so they can help the next client.I've been cashing checks with them for more than two years, and I've never encountered any issues.
