Would not or were unable to process my Mother’s OTC transaction with her government benefit for items that are labeled OTC while the manager/pharmacist was standing there, this happened in the pharmacy line. Hopefully this location improves.

The newer pharmacy staff specifically "Sav" is rude but what do you expect from this particular generation. I was in the first drive through window, I pulled up, she looked at me and walked away. Another car pulled up and she immediately asked him how she could help. I blew my horn to ask if she saw me & of course she said she only heard the bell for the other person and made sure to let me know I needed to wait. I'm sure she would not speak to certain customers in this manner. This was my second time in the drive-thru because I left earlier due to the same issue occurring and came back thinking they were just busy but it was clear they serve who they want and put certain people first. Sav needs training on how to act in a professional setting but then again this generation believes they can do and say whatever they want. I will only go to this pharmacy during the day when the professional staff work.

Everyone has been amazing to me here I have several chronic problems and am by this location 1 to 2 times a week. Everyone always smiling and very helpful.

Yes many times long lines for drive-thru but its bc the customers often come not prepared for drive-thru or do things that should be done inside. The team there is phenomenal.I personally call ahead to ensure they have my prescriptions and are ready and that they have my info. Doing this cuts time for those that NEED to use the drive-thru.Inside is clean ?

Pharmacy is a JOKE! Always give wrong info, always out of my medicine even though I get the same medication every month and they say they can't order it until they get prescription. Makes no sense why wouldn't you want to have it in stock so it isn't delayed every time. Place needs to fire everyone and get competent employees, tired of dealing with these people

After going through cancer at 35 I have had many surgeries to try to get back to my every day life. I recently had to to deal with physical therapy and orthodontic surgery.The day of my extensive and painful orthodontic surgery Walgreens decided they would not give my prescription that my Endodontist had sent in to get through the pain.I have had years of surgeries and had to take many many medications, that I DO not want to take. I want my life back and I want this all to be over. But chemo, radiation, mastectomy and now the pain of physical therapy and oral surgery from what cancer did to me, or should I say I did to fight to get my life back. I trusted in and turned to Walgreens.But I have had enough of jumping through their hoops I have enough battles to fight daily.I will be moving all of mine and my husband’s prescriptions. I no longer trust Walgreens. There is nothing close to customer service at the corporation

Friendly but it kinda takes 30 minutes just to speak with someone in the drive threw during the mornings.
