Sabbath absolutely loves Mrs. Ericka, he jumps right out of the car and runs straight to her. Wouldn’t trust my boy with anyone else. They do such a wonderful job, as you can see my boy is sporting his mow hawk. I would recommend Katt’s Family Pet Boutique for all your fur babies. They will be well taken care of.

My sister was employed here a 2 year recovering addict at the time and was subjected methamphetamine on the job in their common work space! I'm happy they closed their doors before any harm came to any of the beloved pets.

We took our dog here today and he came back with bloody paws and it has been bleeding non-stop. He doesn't even seem like he was even brushed. These people clearly had no clue what they were doing.

Love the family pet boutique! They know my dog as soon as we walk in and he always leave looking and smelling great! I can call to noon at the last minute and they never turn me down.

I discovered this place while visiting my daughter, stopped in and asked if I could bring my pup by later for a nail trim and they said of course. My pup hates having her nails trimmed but she did great with them, or maybe I should say, they did great with her. When she was brought back out to me, she was smiling and dancing around... a happy girl! That makes me happy! I plan to take her back whenever she needs a trim.

Very professional and extremely hard workers, they don’t stop till they’ve completed their job to the customers satisfaction. I was impressed with the care and effort they put into to each of my dogs, even my dogs get excited every time I bring them in. Very pleased.

Saw a family pet boutique vehicle swerving and driving recklessly off 146 turning on Fairmont toward the McDonald’s last Friday. I don’t know what was going on but do not drive recklessly and put other lives on the line. I was planning on visiting your shop but seeing that has changed my mind.

Took my dogs in on Friday the 25 ! Let me tell you how it started first! The lady that checked us in said I am sorry to inform you all It might take me longer to get them done . She informed us her boss recently lost her sister an has not been coming in due to the lost of her sister! That changed after we left sometime after we left mind they called at 5:30 to let use know that they got bite by a dog ! My wife answered the phone so I thought we’ll my dog bite her ! No that not what happened the lady that checked my dogs in informed me that the owner dropped her clippers an a dog got scared an was trying to defend them self an bite the owner ! She then said the dog wash is on us an to bring the dogs back in morning to finish up there haircut an we will be open at 8 ish ! An confirmed a 11 am appointment ! So I loaded up my dogs at 10 am an took them down to get there hair cut only to find out no one at the shop an no answer on the phone! Let me just say this is not the first time I have been let down by the company! I decided to give them another try after the boss gave me her word that she will look at the tape an see why my dog was scared last time! One thing for sure don’t take on more then you can handle! An a phone call informing the customer sorry but we will not be opening up after what happened last night would have been nice also! Moral of the story is I don’t see this company being open much longer if they continue to do business the way they are doing!

The girl there was able to trim my bull terriers nails. Hes insane when you try to get anywhere near his paws but she was so gentle and got the job done

I was working around the Baytown area and I had my American Bully with me. I looked around for dog grooming spa and found this one. They did such a amazing job to my boy Rocky. He came out looking and smelling like a million buck. Staff are so Friendly and help out. I totally recommend this place and I'm sure I will be back again.
