The service was great! From Ernest, and Timothy but the Manager was has terrible people and management skills. He talks to his co-workers like he is better and talks down on them. I heard him call a customer a "Dumba$$" due to them having a minor hiccup with something. He kept telling his guy "Shes holding up my lane, I need her gone now" He was verbally abusive. He spoke to me like I was a inconvenience. I was there for over 40 minutes which I understood they were busy, but with him being there and listening to his nonsense made it fustrating during my visit. He is a big guy tattted out. If he was not there, I would have given a 5 star review.

I went to Take 5 for the 1st time today for my oil change. I received top notch service and never had to get out of my car. I loved it and will be a take 5 customer from now on. I highly recommend the Take 5 on Spencer in La Porte, Tx. Thank you for taking such good care of me & my car.

Service was good but it took longer than 5 minutes once they pulled me into the bay more like 20 minutes. But didn't mind because they checked everything except the air in tire. I needed a back window blade that I didn't even noticed. They replaced it. Overall I'll be back

The service was good but the shop “manager” has horrible people and mgmt skills. He was talking to his coworkers like they were trash. He was verbally abusing them. The big guy with tattoos. I could see his coworkers were scared of him.

The two young men that did my oil change where very respectful and did their job efficiently. I'm more of a diy kinda man but between them and the 25% veteran discount I received I don't think it's even worth doing it myself ?

I knew there was a reason Valvoline was packed and this place was empty. Nice staff but how do you spill oil on your engine when your using a funnel and your hand pouring the oil? My car hasn't stopped smoking and has a burnt oil smell every time I park. I will definitely avoid this place and wait in line at the other oil change place down the road. Very disappointed ☹️

There was quite a wait, which is not usual for this particular location. I came for a car inspection and when my turn for service came, it was fast and efficient. My technician was courteous and professional. The only negative I have is all the f- bombs flying about the garage…
