They had exactly what I needed for a great price!It seemed quite busy, but I didn't have to wait more than a minute or two. The worker who served me was polite, friendly, & efficient.

I placed an order online and had to pick it up in store so I chose the closest NAPA to me and this was it. I went inside and was standing around for a minute, waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. When someone finally did, he said someone would help me soon. Another minute went by and I was asked what I needed help with and I said I placed an online order. Without looking around or anything the man says there's no outstanding online orders waiting. I was confused and checked my confirmation email from NAPA to make sure I was at the right location, and I was. He ended up asking 2 or 3 other people if there were any online orders waiting to be picked up and everyone kept saying no. I was really not understanding what was going on or why no one would even look at the computer to see if they had anything in their system showing my order. Eventually a woman came to the counter and realized that my order was in fact there and ready to be picked up so she went to the back to grab it for me. Out of the 4 or 5 people working there, one couldn't be bothered to help, another was too busy talking to someone on her personal phone, the first guy I was talking to was doing what I'm guessing was inventory and didn't really want to help, so the woman that did help had to come to the front just to assist.From what I can tell, that NAPA has been there a while and I fully support small town businesses like that, I just don't appreciate feeling like a burden by being in the door.

I will never purchase anything from Napa again. Tried to return my alternator for core , but couldn't because it's an independent store. This is still possible at a national chain in 2023? Never again!

Went there to replace my truck batteries under warranty, Ms Elizabeth was so courteous and helpful. You must ask for her. This Napa is the best one I ever been to.

All Napa's are very pricey compared to other local part stores. They usually have what you need be it for automotive, construction equipment, or agricultural if they don't they are pretty quick to get it. Customer service is outstanding!
