I was doing business with them for a few years now, but the new guy is completely unreasonable and rude as hell. He curses at you in his language you can tell by his tone. I'm not gonna go too much in detail but stay away from this location. I will say I was trying to get a phone for my 72 year old mother and tried to give me a $500 phone after I told him what I could spend. Won't be going back..

Go somewhere else if possible. I went to switch my phone lines to metro, lady there was really “helpful” and helped me get 3 lines for $90 which was their deal going on now. She didn’t provide any receipts of plan we chose and didn’t even inform me of a pin and account number to pay my phone online. I had to call customer service and come to find out she put me in whatever plans she wanted I was gonna pay $150 a month and she added insurance coverage on all my lines without my consent. Metro customer service helped me out by crediting my account for next month and change my account info thankfully but this is a shady business.. just go somewhere else where they don’t try to make you overpay for their commission!

I like Ronald's service I like the way he was not pushy when I was looking at the options of phones and service plans when I asked questions he was quick to answer and offer other ways can get it done when I asked about it
