goSafe is one of the best companies in the USA and not because they have 100 stores across the US. It is because of the owner. He really cares for his customers. He dropped everything he was doing to help me and a problem I had. Without being made or like it was taking away from what he was doing. An owner of a company like his, he is very busy. Burk you are a very impressive person and I am honored to buy from goSafe.

My daughter worked at Go Safe, one of the guys yelled at my kid, she quit shortly afterwards. I CAN SEE WHY THEY ONLY HAVE 3 STARS, TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE PEOPLE, TERRIBLE MANAGERS.GET OFF OUR STREETS.SIGNED,CONCERNED CITIZENS

Returned some boots and did not get my refund like they sed in 2 to 3 days so when i called them they told me that the boots set on inventory shelf for 5 days then the finaly got to do the credit this was at the underwood store do not go there folks if you can id go somewhere else 1 star is way to much for them id give them a -5 stars on costumer service

This people want you to wear a mask cause they're privately owned but some of their employees don't wear them???. Been going here for 8 years and it's always slow, I work for a company that buys from them that's all.

If it were possible I would not give them a star. Worst customer service. I would not recommend this place. These people need an attitude adjustment.

Very disappointed in this business. I ordered a simple safety vest to use at y construction job. The vest arrived outside of its packaging which was strange but it looked clean and brand new so I tried it on anyway. This is when I noticed two of the snap buttons had been completely ripped off so now one side of the vest had but parts of the buttons and the other two holes. I called them the following business day and explained the problem. They apologized and told me I would have to re-order and send the damaged one back. I needed the vest so I agreed. Of course they took a few days to issue the return authorization but were quick to charge my credit card for the second vest. There was no return shipping label delivered however because they don't due that. It is my responsibility to return it even though they are the ones who screwed up I guess. I called and expressed my issue with this and the lady said oh i understand let me see what I can do and I guess the answer was nothing cause she never sent anything. I paid for the return myself and am now waiting to see how long it will take to get my money back so there will probably be a part 2 to this negative review. This is the most current problem I have had with MEDSAFE but it is not the first. I had to deal with them before as a company purchaser and they were always out of stock and sending partial orders and just plain not having their S##t together. I had to deal with them because that's who the boss said I had to buy from. I thought after a few years they may have gotten it together. I was wrong. Anyway if my rant helps you to chose a supplier I am happy of helped. I will not be buying from MEDSAFE and I am lucky to be in a position now where I get to choose who my vendors are.

Went in for the first time today.
Doesn't look like much on the inside, but they have catalogs to look through.
Young blonde girl helped me, she was very professional, and answered all of my questions I will be going back soon.
