Do not get a storage unit here! I had a small storage unit I was paying $35 per month. They raise the rent without notice to $45 per month. If you forget to pay and it’s late, they charge you $20 late fee. I had some financial difficulties and couldn’t pay my storage so, they put a lien on the unit. I ended up having to pay $310 just so it wouldn’t go to auction They called me After I paid all that money and told me to get my things out of the unit. They did not want to do business with me any longer because my Unit had a Lien too many times. It only went into lien once and I paid for it. Then The manager Danica told me that it was because I had expressed. I didn’t like the way they did business is why they wanted me to move my things out of my unit. They have no carts to bring your items in and out of the unit and rat droppings in the unit.

Stopped by to see about storing a vehicle. Unfortunately i had forgotten some of the paperwork. Danica was very professional and polite to myself and the other people that had came in. She was very informative and on top of everything going on. The property was clean and nice.

6/4/24.. We have been a customer off and on for over 14 years at this location. Its changed names and management. Do yourself a favor and store you items at the 23rd st, La Porte Location where Heather works. She's kind and professional, follows up on questions and concerns, and is a sincere person who wants to help. The current manager at the Underwood location demanded that I put insurance on my boat. It's a $10k boat and covered under my homeowners policy. My insurance agent confirmed it. The Underwood location demanded I have separate insurance which would have cost me about $500.00. Heather, the 23rd St Manager, reached out to senior management about my insurance and her location approved my coverage with my homeowner's insurance. I have moved both boats now and I'm in the process of moving my indoor storage. I will only do business with professional people. Life is too short for anything less.

Went by the other to look at a unit. Was just trying to get some prices but Danica and Keven were fantastic!! Great customer service and super friendly! I really enjoyed the safe and secure environment of the property. They both were very knowledgeable and had an answer for every question I had. Thank you Danica and Keven!! Y’all were awesome!!! 10/10 recommend!! Ask for one them! They’ll take great care of you!
