Absolute CRIMINAL experience. Asked for a $39.99 oil change and kid asked, "the synthetic?", I say I guess and they proctor charge a $130 bill. DO NOT GO HERE. You will pay for the employee incompetence for not knowing what oil goes with what oil change you ask for BY NAME !
