Lowest gas price in town as of this week. New sales are posted. Have to stop by and check them out. Tacos and plates are hot and tasty. The Management are trying some new things. Staff are very friendly and helpful when we come in.

I love to pop in to the salad bar for lunch. Everyone is so kind. Many vegan options and themes. The taco and baked potato bars are my favorites.

Stopped to get gas, I had to use the restroom like any 6 1/2 month pregnant woman does and went to go in my fiancé walked in with me to purchase a drink as well I went to go to use it it was completely blocked off with boxes and then I had asked just in case, I was told they don’t have restrooms.

The new store looks great. However, I have been in LaPorte and close to the store for 30+ years. When the new store came, the owners and people working there became rather rude. To both my son and I on multiple occasions. I sort of understand everything being overpriced with new upgrades, but a new store should be no reason to allow yourself to become unfriendly. It's disappointing, they were never like that before...I also saw another comment about the restrooms always being out of service and I have noticed that as well. With a new building there should be no issue, I think it may be because they do not want to clean them. They're currently out 'due to covid'. Shouldn't a place that serves food have an available restroom?

Don’t ever buy from this place. I purchased an electronic cigarette and hit it 3-4 times and it stopped working I tried to get my money back and she said”why didn’t you return it earlier it was working?” These are supposed to last a few days but she didn’t refund or replace it. Don’t buy here you can purchase the e cigs cheaper somewhere else and the customer service here is awful

The employee or owner of jacks is very rude to brown Hispanic women and other women, when is this behavior towards women going to stop, if yr not going to let women use the restroom close yr store this is America , screaming and coming towards a customer like you want to hit them is not right just because I said I will call Exxon to complain, these companies the owners can sell expired and bad things for Americans and we accept it, high price items for Americans ,it's abuse also I'm an elderly women and I was scared for my life

This is always my favourite Jack's Grocery Inc So clean great products and friendly staff. Today I went in because the pollen made me sick and I bought a candle for my bathroom but I can't breathe, so I asked my cashier if she would smell the candle and she did and explained the scent to me and suggested other things to help me feel better.
