I hate to leave a bad review based on one person's actions, but after my call to this company I have a bad taste in my mouth. I called looking to ask questions about their services based on questions I read I should ask when hiring a CPA. This is a lot of money to give someone and we want to hire someone we'll stay with for years so I want to be sure I make the right decision. After I asked a couple questions, the woman responds, "okay these questions are starting to get very strange" after I asked what program they use (I read that when they use certain programs it can be difficult to transition to other CPAs later on if needed). I told her that I was just asking these questions because I'm trying to figure out if they're the right fit for us and she said something about "it sounds like someone trying to prank the company" or something weird like that. This was the first call I made in this search to find a CPA and now I feel uncomfortable about the whole thing. Seems kinda sketchy to me that she responded this way.
