The cutest sandwich and tea room! There's a little boutique inside and an event room, the flowers! Everything is amazing there! We we went for a womens empowerment meeting and it was the best!

My husband and I came for lunch while moving.
Expected it to be pleasant as for it was our first time, and always wanted to try it before moving.
1. Pleasant young waitress however spiraled down ward when getting our order wrong.
(Asked for no onions, and my sandwich was covered in them).
2. The food tasted incredibly old.
3. Wait a long time for 1 scoop of ice cream.
4. It was only us and one other table and it was just all around slow service. Which would have been over seen had the food not tasted terrible.
5. Hate to say this, but definitely not doing that ever again.

I ordered 18 roses, paid extra for same day delivery, and got my order left on my doorstep without any notification, and only 13 roses.

We really wanted to love this place. I’d made a reservation the day before for their high tea service (finger sandwiches, scones and little desserts) so our visit wasn’t a surprise. The food was good and plentiful… when it finally arrived an hour an five minutes after we were seated. At 50 minutes we were finally offered refills of our tea and complimentary cups of soup - that still doesn’t fix the wait - 50 minutes is STILL too ling to wait for any food (much less sandwiches) at any restaurant. It also took a while for us to be greeted after being seated and at least 15-20 minutes for our first pots of tea to arrive. The service was sadly very lacking.
Our server was very sweet when she did check in but didn’t check in as often as she should have and we had to wave her down - she might have had two other two tops who got there before us. When we were trying to get her attention, the other server was serving her family right next to us and they got amazing service - she also had time to stand there and chat with them. When we asked that server if we could trade out a pot of tea we disliked for a different one, her response was, I’ll get your server. Of course, our server helped wait on that family table at one point, while we continued to wait and wait for our food. Everyone should be helping everyone else when possible. I worked in service for many years and that is key to a smooth operation.
We’ll probably go back but only because it’s close to La Porte antique shops. Otherwise, the drive was too far for what we spent and the service we received.

I had a big catering order I needed fulfilled. I was packaged perfectly and they helped carry it to my car for me. It was even ready before the pick up time. The process was smooth and pain free for me. As for the food, it was delicious! The cookies and scones were the perfect treat. Even the people visiting from Europe complimented the tea so they’re doing something right! I will be ordering from them again.

Terrible customer service! Seen us around and discussing what treats to get and no HELP! Then they say they’re closed!! Like really?! Say something while we’re looking at what we’re going to buy! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TERRIBLE!!

Our first visit - Delicious food, friendly service, incredible peach tea! I’m in LOVE!! I forgot to take a pic of my plate - guess I need to go back and eat again so I can get a pic of the delicious food. I got the lunch trio, half a chicken salad on croissant, tomato basil soup, and salad with rasperry vinegrette. The server was friendly but serving a lot of tables and slow to return due to this. First visit 4 stars.
Our second visit - barely a smear of chicken salad in our croissant. The sausage potato soup was just very watery broth no potatoes and barely any sausage. Peach tea way too sweet. The chocolate pie tasted weird. The tiramisu was so old I had to break open the whip cream topping and it was just coffee splashed Maria cookies. We both regretted coming back, we must have been really hungry or a different cook was there last time. The server was friendly but we had to ask for refills and get her attention often, she didn’t check on us. Second visit 2 stars.

Ordered a casket spray for my mom’s funeral. The spray was beautiful and fresh. Colors were magnificent. The price was very reasonable and was delivered on time.

Nice service. Terrible desserts. I got a red velvet roll and a tiramisu. I paid $9.50 for both and won't be going back. The price would have sufficed if I didn't have to throw my dessert in the trash. The velvet cake was dry and the frosting was caking off and my tiramsu's frosting was hard as a rock as well as the rest of the tiramisu. I had high hopes for my first visit. Will never go back again. It's sad such a cute place can't live up to the hype.

My husband got me the chocolate covered strawberries for valentines and flowers. The strawberries were rotten and fermented and you can see how old the strawberries are before even taking a bide. There wasn’t one strawberry that was fresh. I can’t believe they deliver this type of quality and service.
