I work in the multifamily business and was searching for office furniture. I found G&P online.I decided to visit the store.Gary is amazing, he greeted me and asked me if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately lead me to it. I was very pleased and decided to purchase. The prices are very reasonable. I will return. Thanks Gary

I looked the store up online and their hours stated they closed at 5PM. It is a 45 min drive for me. I arrived at 4:05. There was 1 truck in the parking lot. I tried to open the door to the store and it was locked. The man got out of his truck and told me they close at 4. It is 4:05 and I just told him that I drove 45 mins to get here. I ask him what they had and he said I would have to come back. You would think if he wanted your business he would be happy to give you at least 5 or 10 mins to look to see if there was something that might work and then come back the next day to complete the sale. Well I got back in my car and called my husband to tell him. You know, That guy hung out in his truck another 5 mins before leaving! It was 4:15 when he left the parking lot.If he didn't care at that moment to help me out...I certainly am not coming back on another day. That certainly isnt the way to treat potential buyers. Their loss!

I was in town for 1 month to help my elderly mom, and working from home so stopped by. Granted, I paid 20 bucks for the chair, but they had obviously tightened everything up so it felt okay at the store, it lasted literally one week, now it is wobbly and my sciatica is starting to hurt which never happens. None of the features on the chair work. They also acted like smarmy salesmen, kind of slouched over, lazily watching you enter. They also watched me lug the chair to my car through the big front windows, and didn't offer to help. Bad attitudes, bad merchandise. Just spring for a new one at Office Depot. Chairs are cheap there now. Bad vibes here.

Went there for a computer chair - there were many to choose from at various prices. We were treated good at left with a nice chair! Will go back there again! Great folks!

I came in to buy furniture for two new offices and was greeted by an older salesman who acted as if I was a bother to him. What I was looking at wasn't priced and after he told me how much he walked away saying “ if I can help you let me know†and I thought that was extremely rude. I had to go back and get him to inquire some more. I was there to purchase about $2500 in furniture.

I would not refer anyone to this place. I went in looking to outfit 2 new offices and was greeted by an elderly man who was much less than friendly. Things weren't priced and after me asking about a couple of items he said "let me know if I can help you " and he walked away. I had to go back and get him to inquire more and he acted as if I was a bother to him. I purchased about $2500 worth of furniture and there was one item that had to be ordered. One week later this item arrived a completely different color than the rest. I loaded it up and took it back to the store where I was told I was wrong by the elderly man, that it was the same color. I even showed him pictures on my phone and he would not help me at all. I left and still have mismatched office furniture. Also what was delivered to me out of their warehouse had tons of little roaches all underneath it. Beware.

This place offers new and used office furniture. Some of it is very pricey but I was able to find some 3ft tables that we combined for a functional conference table that can be separated into individual desks/work spaces. The customer service in the front of the store is so-so but the staff in the back are very helpful and kind.
