For a place that specializes in fasteners. The employees have zero idea what they are doing 30min trip wasted. They also dont mention they have a 50$ upcharge on parts until you show up, and 50$ is a lot of extra money for people who can barely measure thread pitch/bolt size or have the proper tools to do it.

Will not answer the phone. Open till three according to the sign out front. Drove over, employees are inside, but the doors are locked.

They are a nice clean place but be careful with the material they try to sell you. Double check what they pull from their shelves to sell you before you purchase and leave to see if it's exactly what you wanted. I've been to this location in another location with the material I was replacing in hand, to show them exactly what I wanted. On more than one occasion, the staff had pulled material from their shells that wasn't exactly right and they try to sell it to me as is. I pointed out the mistake and the staff told me that it's the closest they had. I had to then suggest to check other locations and and if it wasn't at other locations I had to suggest for them to order it for me. I believe it's their job to service the customer by giving me different options and they should not try sell me material just because it's the closest they have on their shells.
