I have been to many apartments in my life and they were just that, an apartment. Fairmont Oaks is a HOME. The love for this apartment starts in the office. The apartment manager, Christina, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy from the very beginning. Maintenance is quick, and on top of things. The only thing better than the crown molding and spacious floorplan is the GORGEOUS land that has so many different trees and birds and is perfect to walk our dogs. We love it here!

I would not recommend living here, while it is quiet and has garages which for some can be a huge plus, the apartments have a roach issue, the apartments are pretty beat up and the biggest underlining issue is that any time you put in a maintenance order, maintenance is literally non-existent. I've had work orders I put in a month or even longer at times. You call the office to see what's going on and I've had both times the office ladies tell me they'll be here today or tomorrow then end up never showing up same for the maintenance people themselves they'll say theyll be right back or back tomorrow but never show back up. Lord knows what happens if something really bad happens and maintenance is loly gagging around and never showing up to help. For a apartment complex that can generate 100 tickets for maintenance y'all should really have more than just 2 maintenance people working.Don't trust the high reviews that say it's great here and maintenance is quick because that's just a flat out lie and I've only been here since April 2023 and I've filed many many maintenance tickets and gone to the office multiple times and still.. a whole bunch of nothing.

I moved in a few months ago, rent is affordable, and apartments were spacious inside, plus had a one car garage.The problem I have is, it looks like nothing was repaired prior to my move in. A/C would run all day and never cool, because the A/c filter was never replaced, it was pancaked with dust. Most all the doors in my apartment have cracks and damage. Overall, It's a nice, quiet place to live, just needs some service.

Couldn't even have packages delivered.Parking can be a nightmare.My unit looked NOTHING like the shown unit of "this is a similar unit"Residents selling various things out of their home had people coming in and out making noise (reving motorcycles etc)Maintenance when I was there was great. Guy was really friendly. Genuinely the only positive thing from this place.

I lived here for too many years and nothing was ever updated, fixed when requested and pest control was not sent out. The apartments are infested and even after complaining about it multiple times nothing was ever done. I would submit work orders and things were never fixed but my work orders were resolved as though things were done. I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone. Management was always rude when called and as many times as they insisted they would send someone out no one came out to fix what the issues were with our apartment. The apartments were also not up to code with safety standards. My smoke detectors were removed by maintenance 2 years after we moved in stating that they were too old and would be replaced. I requested new smoke detectors on multiple occasions and up until the day we moved out no smoke detectors were ever installed in my apartment.

I can honestly say that my son and I loved living here for the 1yr that we stayed! We were able to go on bike rides from leaving the apartment, to it being convenient with everything around.The managers were amazing to me, the maintenance was outstanding and the man & woman that picks up the outside were very kind every time they were out.If I ever went back to living in an apartment I would choose these, for sure! PS the attached garage is one of the best things also!

We have been here almost a year and we are going to renew our lease in the next month, we will start with the issues that every apartment has, I believe the grass should be cut sooner and the park needs benches for parents to sit with there kids and maybe do something with the ditch add pinic tables or something to make it more family like. When we 1st moved in the cops where here alot due to 2 buildings down neighbors where fighting but once they moved out no longer saw cops. I have seen tow trucks but never had an issue with them, I do wish they had more parking but I guess that's what we get for having garages and not using them for our cars :), the perks: we don't pay water it's included in rent, we are market value so we pay more then most the people here but we still don't have to pay water or waste . The maintenance men are wonderful I have only delt with 2 out of 3 but they always come in a decent amount of time and are very respectful they speak English! They even do little things that I didn't put a work order in for and don't complain. Lol I haven't had any big maintenance issues nor have I had big issues. They do nice holiday contests that is always fun! They do involve the kids with Halloween and etc. The livingrooms are set up very strange so it is hard to have it set up, when the state does an inspection you have to move everything (can't block windows or doors)

If you would like to live in a trash complex look no further. Drug dealers come by on the regular and my neighbor smokes pot in his garage. Since my garage is attached to his, my garage smells like a huge bag of weed, and the pungent marijuana stench creeps up into my actual apartment unit. I wake up with a headache at least three times a week because of it. Management knows about it, and does nothing, even though I’ve called the three times! There is a no smoking addendum.....and the management doesn’t enforce it......Honestly the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in so far in my life.

Hello, I am the current manager here at Fairmont Oaks and I would like to say that Fairmont Oaks is a wonderful place to call home and I truly enjoy all of my residents here. We have resident functions like pool parties in the summer time (no resident has to pay for family to accompany them, you are allowed 2 quests per household), after school activities for the kids on Friday's, our office is open Mon through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm and closed on weekends, we offer free pest control service to everyone that requests it, great and knowledgeable office and maintenance staff that literally work around the clock, property repairs are getting done such as our back fence, towing is now done on request as needed and if towed wrongly I will go to bat for my residents, anytime the gates get damaged from cars entering or exiting they are immediately repaired to working condition, lights through out the complex are getting redone to brighten us up at night, we have a courtesy officer that lives onsite and so much more.....we do have affordable units and market units available which means we can accept all incomes no matter how much you make annually, we are on a waiting list for some of our units, but please call or stop by for more info.....I truly care about my residents opinions as this is where 188 different families call home, so if you currently live here or thinking about moving here and you have any questions or concerns my office door is always open.

This is a great apartment. I have been here over a year and haven't had any issues. All the staff is perfect and amazing. If something goes wrong they get it fixed immediately.
