Brought my PC in after having issues were my built PC would turn on, but the monitor and keyboard/mouse were unresponsive. Took it to Mr.Mansoor, and he diagnosed and fixed the issue all while being transparent and updating me each step of the way!

I took my phone with a cracked screen to DRS last week for repair.After speaking with Mansoor, I decided to buy a new phone and transfer the contents of my old phone.He had a new Samsung at a reasonable price and had him transfer my old phone to my new one so that I could keep my old number.I picked up my new phone the next day and it worked perfectly with no issues.Glad to find this place close to home. Mansoor is very knowledge and gave me a lot of good advice,I have already recommended him to my friends.Thank you again sir...!Wes

After compacting my phone with a 20,000 lb 48 inch vibrating dirt compactor, I thought all photos were lost. However, Mansoor, with his expertise, was able to recover all my photos and copy them to the cloud. All good now! If ever I need computer help again, I definitely will return to DRS.

Amazing and fast service!!! Took my phone that stopped receiving charge late Saturday and it was fixed Monday by 3pm!!!! Absolutely happy with their service!!! Very professional!!!! And their pricing is very very affordable!!!! Will definitely come back for all of our electronics needs!!!!

Listen, this man is a genius! He had to redo work (well, I use that term lightly because they did a half a** job) that I had paid Geek Squad to do. He is very reasonable and knowledgeable.....You will not go wrong using him!

Got a refurbished phone here and really regret it. My internet identity got completely erased somehow. I haven't been able to log into any of my old accounts. (from any device since I got this phone) Also it shows this phone is being used in San Antonio and I live in Houston. I recently been contacted by a fraud detective as well.

I brought my MacBook to these guys and they did a great job everything was fast & easy, prices were also very reasonable. Before I left they even cleaned my charging port to my phone because i said it was acting up hands down great store!
