Windows problem that Microsoft chat could not figure out but Mansoor did, wiped my machine and it is good as when I bought it in 2016. Great job

Brought my PC in after having issues were my built PC would turn on, but the monitor and keyboard/mouse were unresponsive. Took it to Mr.Mansoor, and he diagnosed and fixed the issue all while being transparent and updating me each step of the way!
