Ordered tire on phone.
Went to pick up after work, right before they closed.
They were very busy, but took care of me much quicker than expected. Took my payment & loaded up my tire for me, & I was on my way.
Their wait time to install tire for me was seeming to be way too long...like 1hr..
So I just picked up my Tire & left. Got installed somewhere less busy & got done much faster.
Overall good experience, because I was able to get my tire quickly & go.
Just too busy for me to wait.

I have used this location numerous times and will continue to purchase my tires from them. The staff is friendly and will give you a thorough explanation without talking down to you. I, as a woman, appreciate they way they treat their customers.

went there to get new windshield wipers installed on my work truck. First time used in the rain (the following week) one fell off while driving after a couple swipes. Luckily it was the passenger side one and had to drive back to them in order to get replaced. If they couldn't handle this simple job now I wonder if they handled replacing all my tires on my work truck (also done the same day). I noticed driving back to a job way further south that my work truck started shaking. I've driven there before my tires were replaced and didn't feel anything. I will take it somewhere else the fist chance I get. Not coming here again, not worth the risk.

Women Beware! They will try to take advantage of you! I bought 4 new tires for my car, they tried to tell me I needed all new lug nuts, said they were swollen… I have never heard of such a thing! Anyway, I went on to let them know I had recently replaced all the lug nuts after having a blow out on the freeway and not being able to get the old ones off. I preceded to let them know the lugs had not even been removed since being replaced, so I do not believe they need to be replaced. A few minutes later they let me know they were mistaken. I am fairly certain if I had let them , they would have come back with the valve stems are bad… BEWARE!

My store (8920 Spencer Highway, La Porte, Texas) did a remarkably good job. I purchased a set of tires and scheduled an installation appointment online. When I arrived, I parked in a lane facing the service bays. As I walked from my truck toward the building, a store employee approached and asked if I was Jim B. When I confirmed, he asked for my keys and told me that they would have me ready in less than an hour. He was right. About 50 minutes later they handed me my keys. Absolutely delighted!

From start to finish these gentlemen were super courteous and listened. They took care of a minor patch and saved my tire when all other places said it couldn’t be done. They know what they’re doing and they checked all other tire psi without me asking. I’ll drive to this location whenever in need!

This discount is really good. I set an appointment, actually got there 20 min early and they were all good no problems. Very professional young man came out and I told him my problem. He advised what I needed, got me all setup, and so far all is great!.
Get the certificate as it gives you a warranty-no questions asked if damaged beyond repair, they slap a new tire on.
Free lifetime rotations and balancing. Never had a problem in 20 years.
Oh yeah they repair flats and such for free if repairable.

Tire Air Pressure Check was quick and easy. The gentleman who helped was very kind.
