I've been bringing my vehicle and my children's vehicles here for years. They are extremely professional, honest and get the job right every time. I moved from La Porte 2 years ago and travel 30 mins just to get my oil changed and tires rotated. These guys are the best!

I had a great experience when I went to D.T. Firestone on Friday. I had a headlight out in my 2016 Ford Fusion. Of course, since you have one out, it’s always better to change both of them, which is what I did. I did not have anyone to come pick me up, so I just waited for them to do the repairs. I also had a back tire that was leaking. I arrived at 1 o’clock and had no appointment. I just walked in. Also had a leak in my back tire. They found the leak and repaired that as well. They did not in anyway try to pressure me to do this that or the other to my vehicle, they did exactly what I asked them to do and did a great job and did it in a timely manner. I would recommend D.T. Firestone to anyone.

Okay okay, I know everyone writes reviews and most people just skim through but WAIT! I have taken three vehicles over the past several years to this place. Every single time I’m greeted by the nicest people and my problem is always solved at a reasonable price and time frame. These people make me feel comfortable as a woman going to a mechanic because they’re honest. I know that I can trust their judgement and find a solution to whatever issue my vehicle is having. I also go for maintenance and have always been happy with their work. I moved and now live 45 mins from them but I’ll go here every time for any vehicle needs. Thank you Chris and Matt, yall are awesome! ◡̈

The worst place to take a car to an inspection... They just want to take out money for things that are working well in the cars.... Personally, I don’t recommend this fourth workshop.

I visited the Firestone locations with poor service. I was NOT told any issues with my car. As I was walking out the door, I noticed on the receipt, the technician stated it was an oil leak to my car prior to service, I never had a oil leak..Oil wasn’t leaking in my carport nor was oil leaking in the Bay Area during the actually oil change. I also wasn’t told that they wasn’t able to reset the oil light. This is extremely upsetting to me and not to be told of anything. Plus the technician stated oil leak prior to service, this is a false statement. I will never bring any of my vehicles back to this location.

the most expensive place I've ever seen. They charge 3 times more. Don't go in this place. They will stole you. They sell alternators 3x more the servicescis 3x more that the other place that I checked. I m in shocked with the price...Firestone will be 2.300 and other place 700.

Pulled up right when closing truck had a huge whole in the tire and we were 8 hours from home they opened back up and through a new tire on for us got us back on the road

I've been coming here for YEARS and thru multiple vehicles. I've never had bad service and i love that they communicate very well. Actually probably going today if they have time!

Firestone is the worst service I have ever got on my car. I had to take my car back 3 times after service. I got a full service and in one week the service light was on. The sticker for next service was still sterling McCall. I got the wheel bearings changed and the wheel still squeaks. My warranty insurance was supposed to pay they didn't get intouch with the insurance although they said they did. They could not show the parts they removed from the car after my insurance ask to see them. I am very disappointed in the service I got. Although for years I used to get good service. I can see the quality of service at Firestone have depreciated. I would not recommend Firestone to anyone. I think I should have been pleased after paying $2600.00, out of pocket for such service. I also think that they are overpriced.
