Terrible store. The pharmacy is the worst in the area. The people "helping" are rude. No organization and unacceptable long waits to fill prescriptions.

Horrible service I went to pick up my prescription and everyone sent in a three months supply and they can't find it..sounds like they need more training to read their own system

The store is amazing. The pharmacy is very short staffed. I understand and can be patient but 48 hours to get prescriptions filled is ridiculous!!!

Most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever seen. My doctor sent my prescription on Wednesday, then when I hadn’t heard anything by Saturday I go in and they tell me they needed my insurance and they didn’t bother to call me or my doctor to get it. They just hoped I would come in. Then I give it to them and they tell me it will be ready in 24 hours. I was out of town the next day so I couldn’t make it until today (48 hours later). I go in and the same lady looks at me funny. She told me I didn’t give my insurance. So then with me very agitated she put it all in and then proceeded to tell me my insurance doesn’t cover the med and she has to contact my doctor. ALL OF THIS should’ve happened a week ago. I fear for people who go here with more serious needs. Beyond dissatisfied with the level of customer service here I will most definitely be taking my prescription elsewhere.

Should be a zero rating. Worst pharmacy on the planet. They do not send out texts when prescription is received, even if you are signed up for text. They do not contact the physician for refills. They NEVER "receive" prescriptions/refills sent in by the physician (who gets confirmation of send). Their League City pharmacist had to call them and tell them that they had the product sitting on their shelf (La Porte was telling me to drive to League City, luckily I called first).Just inexcusable. And the punk that answered the phone had nothing but excuses. NOTHING is their fault (its the electronics, its Corporate, it should be working, blah, blah, blah). A zero across the board. (They had a female pharmacist in early 2023 and there were none of these issues. Received texts, prescriptions were always received, and she asked to help with anything else needed. I guess she left.)

My parents live right by CVS. We visit the store often and the employee, Justin, is always so helpful, cheerful, and kind. It is so refreshing to see such great customer service! Even today, working on Memorial Day, he was so happy and accommodating. I really appreciate his excellent customer service! He needs a promotion!

Ask about a medication , they said we don't have any, I ask if they could check another CVS store he said I don't know how to spell it , so how does the dummy know they don't have any. Ok the worst of the worst .

The pharmacist was so incredibly rude. First I went inside the store and stood at the pickup counter for at least 5 minutes and was completely ignored. So I went to the drive thru and she was extremely short and rude, glaring and throwing my meds into the container. Don’t know what I did to make her so angry but it was extremely unprofessional!

I take a prescription iron capsule. I've taken it for years. A couple months ago I was without for 5 days. Now once again they don't have it. I have to have it. I am so disgusted with them. The kid at the drive thru was like well if we order it and it don't come in it's not out fault. Whoever orders should be fired! This is the worst pharmacy ever. Another example is when I without for 5 days and called to complain. They said well we 19 capsules. So I took them. So when it was time to reorder for 30 days they gave me 19 and not 30 because that s what they gave the week before. If I could give them -5 stars I would!!!!!!
