I waited in the lobby for an hour after my appointment, just to get a form signed by the doctor. The medical assistant at the front took the paper to the doctor and said she was in with a patient. Throughout the hour, she kept repeating that the doctor was occupied in a room with a patient, but it became clear she never actually checked. Finally, the medical assistant radioed to confirm, and the doctor responded, "Nobody told me there's a patient waiting for documents to be signed."

I went in with a soar throat. They refused to see me as a patient because I wouldn’t wear a mask. Not one patient or employee had on a mask. Even though you touched my phone, license, insurance card, and you have to open my mouth to look at it, I was refused service over a paper mask. I would not go to place. This is lady with no mask trying to make me wear a mask

I came in earlier today after having a horrible experience with a clinic prior to walking in. I think her name was Haley but she completely turned my day around. She helped me with the information I needed and made me feel so much better about everything. I will definitely come back when I need any other services!

The doctor wasted my time. Dr. Lu wasn’t listening to a word I said. It was a complete waste of time.
